We'd just need one, really. My character, along with an independent Junker in the group, are the only ones who will actively be repairing the station, with the others going about their daily lives, or acting as security during the repairs

You could use Dacites and Mafics but then you'd need more people because those are small. Also, Anki could be a good choice.

as I see it you want to RP a repair guy, who cant get near any lawfulls, repairing a base gods knows where or what for,

you want get anything you need by been that guy, its impossible.

But if you want options here is one.

start a constraction company, make contracts with lawfulls and junkers to get the ships you want, bascly a crew of repair ships, freighters, transports, salvagers and so on.

go around and offer repair jobs, of stations and base, you will make a fortune specialy when 86 comes.
