I'm glad to say that my team and I have finally finished our deliberating on this matter. I must say now however, that our decisions are final. If you have a problem with what you receive from the OSD then take it up with Golanski.

You will be paid for bring in the supplies we have requested at the before stated prices of either 2,500 or 3000 credits for each unit. We will need the exact names of all vessels before they disembark so we may authorize them to enter Order space without getting shot on site. We also ask that you travel in the most covert manner possible, we still have a lot of enemies out her that may not want any supplies getting through.

The other chairman and my self here in the Order Science Division have decided to not conduct research with you, as well as not allowing you to collect any Slomon K'Haran remains or technologies. Your attitude toward them during out negotiations have led us to believe you will become a security risk if given permission to study them.

Of course if you have a problem with this, which I'm sure you probably do, take it up with Fleet Admiral Golanski, he might think other wise after some proper training.

Which brings me to my next order of business, we will permit you to receive training from the Order Combat Division - with their permission of course - in how to safely hold nomad materials. Maybe after that we will no longer see you as a threat to my scientist or myself.

I can see that our contacting you has been a waste of time, the little dialogue I have had the pleasure to be a part of with Admiral Golanksi has born far more fruit that this... I lack words to desribe it. Your manners have been apalling, your attitude brusque. As such I'm afraid we can't risk our transports for someone with so little grattitude. Had you put forewards the idea of your scientists training ours we might have come off with better results. But I would note we have adequate measures in place for handling Nomad remains, as our current subject, an infested Human would testify.

I'm sorry we couldn't come to an agreement. Perhaps sometime in the future.
