Konbanwa Mr. Cross-san.
I am contacting you to request an update in regards to the completion of our contract.
The last communication I have received from your company indicated that you were having trouble securing the shipping rights of military vehicles within Rheinland.
Is this still the case?
I would like you to know that you do have the right to subcontract out this service if you wish as long as the requested amount is delivered.
Also please do not hesitate if you feel it would be beneficial for us to speak to the government of Rheinland on your behalf.
My apologizes on the lack of communication. Mr Mace has recently left the company and I've had his duties stacked on top of my own. All goods with the exception of the military vehicles have been delivered. I had contacted RepEx to transport the military vehicles into the Sigmas for transfer to an OSI transport, but they've not responded to our request. Our next step will be to either contact the Rheinland government directly or fully subcontract the delivery out to RepEx, Kruger, ALG, or Daumann.
Another update. As RepEx hasn't replied to our request to have them move the military vehicles we've requested either a full licences or a temporary licence from the Rheinland government to meet your request. However, a recent change in Rheinland law seems to indicate that they probably won't approve the request as they've made it illegal to even supply our own stations from Rheinland. I'm unsure as to how is a wise economic move on their part, but it is their space.
I'll keep you updated and if need be access to the discussion.
Konnichiwa Mr. Cross-san.
Arigatou for keeping me informed.
I understand that Rheinland can be a bit reluctant with it's trade regulations at times but we have always managed to have a fine relationship built on mutual respect.
We look forward to a positive resolution to this matter as we have workers, civilians and refugees on planet Kurile that need to be kept safe from the senseless violence that some degenerate groups have tried to impact upon them.
With the finalisation of this contract, the ever increasing population of Kurile can again feel safe and move forward with their lives.
Of course we are happy to enter into these negotiations or even speak on your behalf in this matter if you feel it will help to quicken these proceedings.
I apologize for the delay, Mr Kazuya-san, we've not heard back from the Rheinland government nor from RepEx since we last spoke. During this silence I sub contracted the military vehicle shipment out to an [ALG] captain and I've just received all the documentation from him. I'll transmit them to you shortly.
Konnichiwa Mr. Cross-san.
Excellent news Mr. Cross-san.
I will await the delivery of the documents with great happiness.
Please call me just Kazuya-san as it is my initial name, arigaotu.
I've attached the required documents. It appears the [ALG] captain failed to send the pick up information for the fifth shipment. If this is an issue I can contact him and inquire about having it sent over.
Konnichiwa Mr. Cross-san.
The two vessels have been prepared for flight in their respective locations.
Although there is matter to attend to.
We do have visual confirmation of the goods being delivered as promised as we can clearly see them planet side, unfortunately excepting the Military Vehicles we have no actual shipping receipts for the goods, these will need to be included for finalisation of the contract.
I do understand the difficulty imposed upon you when a valued member of your staff leaves during a project.
I only ask that you also understand the difficulty I would face with finalising this contract without the necessary receipts to pass on to accounting.
Once these receipts have been delivered to Samura, I will release the two vessels you are entitled to with my gratitude.
