Wait, have the Jump Drives actually been released into the mod yet? I saw a thread before that suggested they had been, but from what I see here they haven't been.

Ageria manage to create jump drives -> LN buy them -> LH steals them -> LH sells to allies ( LR, OC etc...) -> Ageria sells to other houses for a very expensive price -> Unioner agents salvage crippled ships with this technology -> Unioners sells the jump drive to RM for ridiculously high price, but it was worth it -> Rheinland chief scientists modify and creates a beter version -> Liberty corporations gets worried and starts selling the jump drives for cheaper price -> Corsairs intercepts a convoy of jump drives that were headed from New York to Cambridge and discovers the technology -> Kishiro creates own variant of jump drives secretly, better than all of the jump drives created -> Unioners exchange jump drives with weaponry with Hessians -> The Order never find them selfes alone anymore in technological advantage (They had one already, but few) -> Nomads gets pokur face -> Gallia Royal Derp gets defeated and Sirius is saved!

In the original FL all capital ships cruiser-size and above had jumpdrives. they appear multiple times in the storyline in this manner. Its not somthing made up, just required alot more energy than a fighter or even gunboat could produce.

This is untrue. Jumpdrives do not exist in vanilla, even for the storyline battleships. The Osiris itself has to travel to its destinations, which is made clear from dialogue.


Kishiro has been researching jumpdrives and trying to develop them for the last 30-40 years. Kishiro is the one who made the breakthrough in jumpdrive technology.

Original TL/JG tech was created from the research on DK stuff found by some libertonians -Cincinnatus something- , how about it was re-discovered again on Sunderland? I know it has already been decided on it being Kishiro invention, but how about the point where their research started? It has to do something with DK, amirite?
