People always make it sound like it's against the rules to move house militaries further outside of house space than the indi systems bordering it and the warzones. Imo it's ooRP to move a battlefleet further than Texas / Hamburg / New Hampshire / Bremen.
Last time I was in a fleet that didn't find anything in Texas anymore, it was said that moving to New York was against the rules - so, good to know that it actually isn't.
But iRPly they still should do that.
Well, I'll take Joe's word as an admin team opinion on that matter, in that case. Since Zelot didn't mention if anything bad happened to that group afterwards:)
(I just remember that a year ago one of LNS-'es that were in front of NB was warned, if my memory serves me right - by [LN] member, that he can be sanctioned for his actions. Possibly it was even the same group.)

However in the interests of sanity and keeping a logical nature to the war, I'd ask that conflict is generally speaking kept to the systems in which it's supposed to be happening. Those being Texas, Hamburg, Bering, Hudson, New Hampshire and Bremen.
I'll repeat, it is not against the rules to go elsewhere, it's just not great in roleplay terms.
Pretty much what Joe said for the [RM] side too. It doesn't make sense to get in each other house capital, since you would expect the front to be heavily controlled (and as much the mod itself can't do it properly, we can roleplay it out, yes?).
I can see some in deep enemy space actions made by secret services, but nothing else really.

Id like to know this too.
since
"Though, generally I think everything is fair game as long as your in a fighter/bomber."
how is this fair? if you think this is fair why can you buy cap's?
and
"Imo it's ooRP to move a battlefleet further than Texas / Hamburg / New Hampshire / Bremen."
How is this out of role play if I move my capital to frankfurt?
There is war between Rheinland and Liberty. And Hamburg is not the only system where the war takes place.
Is there now a ZOI of Capitals? I was told I can fly to Frankfurt and I dont see that this is OORP or not Fair since I see a bomber squad of the RM in California?
Answered several times already. It's not against the rules to take a house military capital ship anywhere (some other IDs have restrictions, the house military IDs don't).
They are asking you to show some restraint and try to act like you're on an RP server, where inRP there would be a lot of problems with trying to take a battlegroup deep behind enemy lines (it would be noticed, defense forces mobilized, etc). Just no. If you want fleet warfare wait for the other fleet to login.

Nope does not reflect on them. But sure as hell stirs up a hornets nest.
It is not against rules, but you will suddenly see many of the enemy ships start popping up in system. So be ready for a gank fest, and all your escape routes blocked off.
I think general consensus is along the lines of Capital ships being able to engage in systems like Bremen, New Hampshire Minnesota etc, whilst fighters should be able to operate in the houses systems, space is big and fighters are going to be able slip through to do reconnaissance and maybe a bit of hit and run.
Dream Theater - "Sabre120 and Jongleur officially win. That is all."
But your common sense should make you ring a bell about bringing a capital ship in the enemy home system, or past the frontline.
well sometimes no LN is online and what do I see ? RM in California and Texas. So where is the LN backup?
Nobody knows that the RM in invading....wow why does nobody know?
You can RP a raid but if the enemy is sleeping why does the RM raid? It makes no sence.
If im in a group Ill raid Hamburg- yes with RP.
If I can slip through I will take my chance to fly to Frankfurt.
War cant just take place at the same time. I never saw Liberty caps in Bremen nor in New Ham. well [RM] and [LN] in New Ham yes.
War is never fair. And I dont complain about 10turtles sittin near the Gate in TX to NY
