I'd be happy to work with you. Not sure I have the time to write something up from scratch (I have to travel for easter) and I'm already attempting to revamp the QCP and help Republic of Latium start up.
But I can definitely find some time to discuss ideas, or edit any story concepts you might have. It will probably work best anyway if it stays your baby rather than anyone else's, but I can point you in the right direction.
For instance first thoughts for Gallic Royal Knights:
Use history, french knighthood around the time of Caen might be a good start. They were pompous, overly assured of their birth right and would take no notice of commoners. Like, literally refuse to fight the English bowmen as they attempted to ride past while getting shot so they could fight the English knights. They would ride into battle when it was suicide to do so because no "knight" fought with out his horse.
On the other hand, there was all the ideals of heraldry and chivalry buried in there somewhere, but generally only shown to people of equal station.
Yes, that's a rough generalization and things changed with time, but it might be an idea to get you started.
