I have received no orders about the banning of MOX transport inside Rheinland. Dortmund Smelter is to be secured and locked down, that is clear enough. As for the transport of MOX, so long as it was not acquired form Dortmund by ill gotten means, I would assume its transport is still legal in accordance with the shipping restrictions outlined by Rehinland law.

Being in the midst of a war and all, I can imagine how many precautions are needed. With that being said, I would like to formally request Samura Heavy Industries be cleared to acquire MOX at Dortmund. All of our pilots will, of course, be willing to undertake background checks if you feel the need.

While we do have the finest h-fuel in Sirius, many of our larger transports also use MOX as a fuel. Without such imports, it will be very difficult for us to manage our exports of Quantum Multiplexors, Ship Hull Panels, and, of course, some of the finest luxuries in the sector to Rheinland.

I have always enjoyed my trips to Rheinland and will continue to transport our personnel to and from business at your lovely planets, but I fear this may impact our heavy shipping into Rheinland.

Good evening,

I am happy announce that the administration of Dortmund Smelter is being handed back over to ALG. While we cannot go into details, we will say that the largest threat to Dortmund's security is resolved, and we may once again focus on providing quality products such as MOX and terraforming gasses to the rest of Sirius. Normal docking rights are restored.

Unfortunately, negotiations with Interspace Commerce seem to have stalled, and the Interspace fleet will remain grounded for the foreseeable future. We hope to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will issue updates as they come in.
