Bump.
Aet is on Disco hiatus currently and I'm unaware of any specific plans related to alternate methods of acquiring Codename guns.

It was a PoB, but the guy that set it up was one hell of a mastermind.
Having them sold on player bases is cool, but it doesn't change the original source - wrecks.

I've done some code hunting myself, and it takes a lot of time up, on average 15 mins per gun, this is using the closest restart to the code, the guns sell for and average of around 15 mil, so you're making around 60 mil per hour, not that great, and this isn't even taking into account that when you get to the wreck, someone else may have gotten there first.
The guns are priced according to the time put into finding them, they certainly aren't over-priced, also, it takes a a lot of time setting up threads to sell them, pissing about in conn waiting for people to show up etc.
Not worth the effort, I'd rather spend my time mining/hauling ore while watching TV, and buy the codes from someone else.
Do you see a lot of code sellers recently? I don't. When I was hunting I could get like 80% of the guns in a day, hours after the restart. Tis a good way to make money as a new player, but I doubt they have the resources to find em all and create an efficient system to retrieve them...
