Hint hint frog land..
Actually, I submitted a suggestion to radically cut the number of systems that are not needed.:)So... yes, you made the right conclusion from what I wrote.:)
Focussing activity in a few places is easier if you have fewer places.
And isn't interaction what a multi player game is about?
For me it is.
Having more interesting things in more places that are even further apart doesn't help in creating interaction in an already badly oversized Sirius.

I do completely agree, but
I don't think that not developing
new systems is the way to go about it...
Make all systems equally attractive to
players, see where they go and chop
the ones they don't use...
Currently Zeta is one of the newest systems
in Disco and the only attractive point it has
is the fact it links to other systems.
It has LITERALLY just been added to make
the disco universe bigger.
Order can do missions.
Less systems with more people in would be awesome. Deleting 90% of the Omicrons together with 90% of Gallia would be pure win for the server in all possible aspects. Sirius and Gallia size needs 400-500 players online to be filled with interactions, with average 100 players the systems must be at least 2 times less if not more.
People that does not like interactions could just play SP.
