Most of the people who smoke weed are having lower IQ because it's an illegal drug, thus the "bad boys" who don't obey the law(weed or no weed regardless) who all they want to do is "chill and relax bro" come in evidence by smoking it, while the "good boys" obey the law and don't. This creates a huge contrast between "good boys" and "bad boys" and since only(or at least mostly) "bad boys" smoke it, it seems as if only their kind do it, or that weed makes them "bad" but if it would be legal for everyone to smoke, you will notice it's just a minority of people who would sit on their arses and do nothing constructive regardless of pot, my grandparents used to cultivate marijuana, and the whole village would be smoking it, everyone was happy, no bad things ever occurred during "marijuana time" so weed has nothing to do with it, it's the bad people who smoke it and do bad things, but many people actually become inspired to do good, many philosophers, scientists, brilliant people used to smoke pot, therefore all their statements about pot making you dumb are false, alcohol makes you dumb, pot doesn't.
Ahh. As with all drugs, society has a valid fear for widespread use of it. Alcohol is legal in law system and legit in people minds - bad thing. Tobaco is legal in law system and legit in many people's minds - bad thing. And yet people want marijuana to be legal and legit as well... as for some bizzare reason two wrongs are a good reason to have a 3rd one.
I don't mind people using drugs carefully. Heck I would be all four for legalizing all drugs if people would be more carring on what they are using and how. But it's not the case. Most people don't think of it carefully. Even worse some people who don't put much though into it think that they are careful enough with drug substances then they actually aren't.
Consume drugs as much as you want, but then it starts to trouble/harm people around you (socium) you're drug use stops from being just your personal issue alone.

Basically, the cells in your bloodstream will swell..

Well, you'll have increased intracranial pressure.

So, ye. Anything in excess does tend to be bad.

Its a psychedelikum. It can enhance you, just as it can harm you. Its all about psychic really. I think it depends on how the smoker is actually using the plants effects. Of course it may lover your IQ if you take a bong, and starring towards a wall afterwards. But so it can enhance your psychic potential using it for selfconstructing purposes (e.g playing an instrument, drawing, meeting your friends etc...)
How to convince the mass about your opinion you want them to believe in? By spreading rumors such as these, purely given out of media, without actually having a proof in front of your eyes.
In this world of prejudice, mass will be easily convinced about the information which doesnt have to be truthful at all.
Pot can make perception of your existence a lot interesting just as any of other drugs, such as alcohol or ecstacy e.g. It can even streghten you psychicaly. You just cant fall into it. Cos that only leads to dependency = totall failure of self conciousness.
Cant really say i feel stupid, but it kinda enhanced my flegma abilities. Not really good at some point, but great at realizing, that sometimes you got to chill and enjoy that life, and not letting anything making you not enjoying it.
