we created "Zoner Alliance" not because we want to unite the zoners ( though it sounds good ) but because we were pure trades and we have developed our groups charactarirzm and rp to be more "aggressive".
People complain about "Zoners are not aggressive" but thats completely false ( as jinx said ) and I don't have to remind you that every society must have a more "radical" group in it. The only radical thing about us is that we deploy zoner shiplines to defend zoner values and freedom and be a reminder that zoners cannot be picked without consequences. In a nutshell, if you deal with the [ZA]- if you do not respect us and if you do not accept the fact that we are as real as the sky above you, don't be surprised to get shot.
I never viewed zoners as altruistic, peace loving hippies. I admit that some of them love war.
The Commonwealth for example is viewing other people's war as profit and their battles and skirmishes as entertainment.
Zoners may have their own vendettas as well, but I would more like see them making others wage war for them by using persuasion and diplomacy instead of brinking tons of nephilims ( Which I must add, are actually supposed to be colonization ships inRP )

Yes, that's why we in the Zoner Alliance also use other means to achieve our goals, and the nephil is a warship ( its description is lacking ).

It really isn't. I'd say the Persephone could be classifed as a warship, but not the Nephilim. Only the most idiotic of ship builders would put a biodome on the outer hull of a ship designed for war, let alone two.
The Nephilim, in my mind, is the product of a goal set in mind, and planning for the unknown.
You want to go explore distant worlds, find a planet to settle, you'll need to have supplies for that kind of duration between mooring. Big cargo hold.
You need to support a colony, so it has to be a sizeable ship to house all the people. Big ship.
Need a big power core to move a ship that big. Huge power core.
We don't know what we're going to encounter, let's make sure it can defend itself ( defend itself, not go instigating. ) 24 turrets. (also a byproduct of the massive core.)
Using the Nephilm as a strike ship with that as a primary goal is recklessly endangering a colony. It's well armed as a byproduct of it being large and having a large core. Not because Zoners thought, "Hey, let's go blow stuff up."
This whole Zoner thing could've been largely avoided if Zoners never got the power and ship line they got...
Trying to sell the Zoners as a peaceful and civilian-like people, but giving them more military power than some of the major houses? I mean come on, that makes as much sense (and I apologize for going against my own rule by using a real-life example for a Disco subject) as giving a small business a tank and fighter jet to defend their business.
Either go with the currently imposed role of the Zoners, as them being a group of peaceful and individual wanderers, and take away their big toys, bigger than a cruiser at least. Or turn them into what they currently are fitted and kitted to be, which is a paramilitary group that has it's own wars to fight, and the tools to do so.
Zoners currently have an identity crisis that needs to be fixed.

Nonononononononono.
They were given an unrealistic ship line, not military power. They don't have the economy, the resources or the manpower to maintain a fighting force that incorporates battleship sized vessels.

Well, by military power, I mean the types and strength of their ship line, number of outposts and bases, etc.
I disagree on the manpower aspect though, at least inRP. The Zoners own 24 bases/planets, out of all those places, they have to have a fairly large number of pilots.

But they aren't unified. They're scattered and unlikely to unite because then they're just another house (basically the antithesis of the Zoners).
