Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Security Clearance: < GRANTED >
Sender ID: Jenkin Shiv, LNS-Leyte.Gulf
Age: 40
Subject: Liberty Navy, 46th Fleet Application
Qualifications:
Have commanded LNS Leyte Gulf since the early days of the Hudson war.
Provided supporting fire against multiple RM incursions while primarily rotating duty securing Z21.
Late into Hudson war, seconded to LSF and sent on long range reconisance operation.
Between the wars and retirements, previous command is no longer around, Liberty Navy Human Resources Command recommended simply picking a fleet structure to assign my ship to and sent a neural net links to several options.
I discarded said links and did my own research, I suspect HRC hires LPI office staff that have became too corpulent or too lazy for LPI.
Why do want to join the Navy:
I joined for the free flight school, I stayed because being poor was a good way to get hit upside the head and wake up on a prison station owing LPI a debt of labor to get released.
Requested Division:
Wherever a Cruiser Captain and his crew can be of use.
Biography:
My father died in the colony wars abord a merchant vessel, my mother raised me and as soon as I was old enough to make use of a fake ID I made my way into flight school and by the time I graduated I was old enough to join the Liberty Navy.
I worked my way up to Helmsman of an old gunboat, and after damage in an engagement with Rogue bombers ended up in command.
After the vessel was retired I was assigned to command LNS Leyte Gulf, and have captained her since

Rate your PVP capability 1 - 10 :
Rusty as hell, but very solid in the mechanics of FL.
In 4.85 I would have said solid 6.5 on snubs and easy eight on caps, more depending on the ship flown.
Current build, In much more rusty but I have done fairly well in limited cruiser and GB engagements.
Solid cruiser driver that understands sitting back and not dogpiling without reason.

I'd say pretty solid 8, main issue is I prefer in-game interaction to fourm typing

Lastly, do you require assistance in funding your own ship?:
Ships are cheap these days, but if someone has a collection of cruiser codes to put on a payment plan....

Mr. Morag,
Your application, whilst welcome, is greatly lacking on information pertinent to your background. As such, I regret to inform you that your application has been denied. I appreciate this may come with great disappointment, but I would welcome a resubmitted application with further details.
Mr. Shiv,
You've certainly an interesting background. Certainly seems like you were able to turn things around for the better. I am pleased to inform you that your application has been accepted, but on a conditional basis.
You will begin your Naval Career with the Forty-Sixth as an Lieutenant Junior Grade, where you will be taught the proud traditions of the Liberty Navy and the Forty-sixth Fleet. Become brushed up and fully educated in Liberty Law and will remain as such until you become fully and well established within the Fleet and to her Officers. This will also double as both a brief probationary period to assess suitability to the Naval lifestyle, as well as to ensure we can set you on the right path to enable you to effectively serve within her ranks. On suitable completion of your first After-Action Report (AAR), Command will review both your performance in the field and your report. Should both be satisfactory, you will be removed from your probationary period and likely promoted to the rank of Lieutenant. Where you will then be eligible to return to command the Leyte Gulf. Until then, you will be restricted to pilot fighters, bombers, freighters or heavy transports within the Merchant Marine.
Report in to our Headquarters, Norfolk Shipyard, for assignment and familiarization. You'll meet the officers you'll serve aside and those who will command you and they'll give you a briefing as to duties and expectations of you, now that you are assigned to a Primary Fleet of the Liberty Navy. You'll then be taken to the Quartermaster, who will assign you to a fighter-craft and all pertinent equipment that you'll need.
Welcome to the Fleet, Lieutenant.

Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Security Clearance: < GRANTED >
Sender ID: Brady Sampson
Age: 23
Subject: Liberty Navy, 46th Fleet Application
Qualifications: West Point Military Academy Graduate, 6 month tour in Alaska along the CLASSIFIED corridor.
Why do want to join the Navy: I joined the Navy to live up to the standard of my family. My father served in the Marines during the Rheinland war. He took a hit and was medically discharged. I wasn't interested in the life of marching and assaulting breaches, I want to dogfight, catch smugglers, and secure the space around my home which is why I'm requesting a transfer to the 46th.
Requested Division: Main Fleet and Merchant Marine
Biography: As a child to a Marine, I moved around a lot. I don't think it was a bad thing, I never felt comfortable sitting in one place for too long. My father took a hit in the chest during an assault in the Rheinland war. He never speaks about the war or his experience, but he told a lot of stories about the troops that he was with. I want that too... so after graduating West Point, I obtained my commission and became trained on heavy snub craft in the Liberty arsenal. I have no criminal record so a security clearance was quick and painless. They sent me to Alaska. It's... not glamorous. After awhile I began picking up a pattern in the streams of the clouds, or so I think there was a pattern. I don't have to guess why they rotate us ever 6 months in Alaska.

Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Security Clearance: < GRANTED >
Sender ID: Scarlet Marie Sharp
Age: 30
Subject: Liberty Navy, 46th Fleet Application
Qualifications: Basic Experience within the 5th fleet along with unmarkeed Navy experience
Why do want to join the Navy: I think it would be fine time for me to move into the big ranks and make something of myself. Staying planetside only was never a part of my ambition.
Requested Division: Main Fleet
Biography: Scarlet was born into a noble family in Cambridge, Bretonia, where she was expected to embrace a life of luxury and refinement. However, she despised the rigid expectations and societal constraints that came with nobility. The lavish gatherings, political maneuvering, and constant etiquette drills felt suffocating to her. Instead, she found solace in the skies, spending every possible moment flying—at least as much as she could without getting into trouble.
Determined to carve her own path, Scarlet taught herself how to pilot and shoot, driven by an insatiable curiosity and a desire to explore beyond the gilded walls of her upbringing. Venturing into the Border Worlds, she honed her hand-to-hand combat skills under the tutelage of seasoned fighters who had been stranded on remote stations for years. She found a sense of belonging among these warriors, far removed from the aristocracy she had abandoned.
By the time she turned 22, Scarlet decided to enlist in the academy, where she spent two years training before joining the 5th Fleet. However, the rigid military hierarchy soon felt as stifling as her noble upbringing, and she left after a short stint, opting to pursue criminals on her own terms, free from the constraints of direct orders.
Her decision to join the 46th came after her "free" Navy lifestyle led to her being grounded. Though she resented being forced back under command, she saw it as a necessary step to continue her fight against crime—this time, on her own terms, with a crew that might just understand her need for independence.

Miss Sharp,
I am Captain Samantha Brown, and I've been ordered by Vice Admiral Maria Uhmen to respond to your application on behalf of the Fleet's High Command. I happily inform you that your request to join the Fleet has been reviewed by Command and it has been accepted.
It is most impressive that you taught yourself how to fly and shoot - those are skills not acquired easily. I am certain that your time in the academy and also in the Fifth Fleet gave you a chance to hone those skills even further. Needless to say, I hope that your career within the Forty-sixth Fleet isn't as short lived as your career within the Fifth was.
You will begin your career with us as an Ensign. Command will ensure that you're well acquainted with the traditions of the Libertonian armed forces, as someone with your past should be, and give you all the tools you'll need to reach the maximum potential you are capable of, perhaps even push you higher. The period you will serve at this rank will also double as a probationary period so that Command can assess your suitability to the Naval lifestyle, and ensure that you're on the right path to becoming an effective officer. On proper completion of your first After-Action Report (AAR), Command will review it as well as your performance.
Please report to our headquarters on Norfolk Shipyard at your earliest convenience, there you will be given your first assignments and you will be familiarized with your new working space, as well as the people that make up the Fleet. Any further details you may require will be given to you once you reach Norfolk Shipyard.
Congratulations, Ensign, you're a part of the Fleet now.

Biography: My life has been on the simpler side. I was born to a military father and a stay at home mother. Since a very young age, my father decided that his passion and job, which was that of a Navy Pilot, should be what our whole life should be about. I grew up only being close to the military and wishing that one day I will join him and join the ranks of the navy. When I was old enough my father decided to send me to military collage on Manhattan, and there is where I started, but after graduation, I have decided to take one year for myself and focus on my life, as I was always under the impression that I lived more the life my father wanted and not the life, I wanted. During that one year break I got injured very badly during a accident and that set be back for about three (3) years, but after those years I managed to find myself and realize that I was indeed my dream to join the Navy. Enrolled into the West Point Academy and from there, I have listed all the relevant information about my life. At this current point I find myself as a Lieutenant Commander on board of the secondary fleet battleship Sleepy Hollow serving as their current Executive Officer.

Liberty Navy 46th Fleet Security Clearance: < GRANTED >
Sender ID: Megan Adkins
Age: 32
Subject: Liberty Navy, 46th Fleet Application
Qualifications: Five Years as an LSF Agent
Why do want to join the Navy: To support the defense of Liberty from hostile foreign entities
Requested Division: Main Fleet
Biography:
Megan lived a comfortable life on Planet Denver as she grew up, her mother being a Technician for Ageira Technologies and her father a Miner for Deep Space Engineering. After a couple jobs following college and plenty more studying, she applied to Ageira’s logistics division and soon found herself assigned to a Combat Support Role for convoys delivering supplies to Scalpay Outpost in Tau-23. After a few assignment changes, Adkins was given clearance to assist Convoys headed with sensitive cargo through the restricted space in Alaska to Prudhoe Skunk Works.
A year or so into this assignment, an agent of the Liberty Security Force approached her and gave her an offer to come sign on with generous pay and the ability to play a part in subverting terrorist and pirate factions lurking in the edge worlds of Liberty’s territories. For the next five years Adkins would spend time as a fighter pilot assigned to a small strike group based out the Battlecruiser [REDACTED] that often made sure not to longer too long in one place. As she got further into her career, Megan began to take place in more covert and undercover operations busting up artifact smuggling rings that often were able to slip under the radar in the vast border worlds of Liberty.
It was not until rumors or growing tensions and even a possible skirmish between Liberty and Kusari Intelligence agencies that Adkins began to consider transferring to the Navy in order to be of more direct service to the bordering systems between the two houses should something larger come of these rumors. After flying with both Captains and Pilots of the 46th Fleet during counter-smuggling operations in Colorado and Galelio, she decided her service to Liberty should be spent amongst their ranks over the coming years.

Sender ID: Korinthyn Nethiliatec
Age: 37
Subject: Liberty Navy, 46th Fleet Application
Qualifications: Freelancer taking contracts of anti piracy, escorts, and anti smuggling operations.
Why do want to join the Navy: To help ensure the peace and security of Liberty.
Requested Division: Main Fleet
Biography:
Korinthyn was born on Planet Manhattan, the shining jewel of Liberty space, where towering spires and neon-lit skylines stood as monuments to the sector’s power and ambition. Raised in a middle-class family, he grew up admiring the sleek warships patrolling the trade lanes, their pilots embodying the ideals of order and strength. While many sought fortune in freelancing or corporate careers, Korinthyn’s dream was singular—to one day don the uniform of the Liberty Navy and serve as the shield of his home.
His early years were spent working alongside his father, a ship mechanic stationed near Norfolk Shipyard, where he gained firsthand knowledge of Liberty’s naval vessels. He studied every hull plating, every engine schematic, preparing himself for the day he would pilot one of those ships instead of just repairing them. Between shifts, he trained in combat simulators, honing his reflexes and tactical thinking.
Determined to prove himself, Korinthyn took on freelance escort contracts, protecting civilian convoys from the ever-looming threats of Liberty Rogues, Outcasts, and Xenos. His encounters with pirates and smugglers only strengthened his resolve—he saw firsthand how Liberty’s enemies thrived in lawless pockets of space, preying on the weak. With every mission, his desire to uphold justice grew, knowing that the Liberty Navy was his true calling.
Now, with his application to the Navy’s officer training program submitted, Korinthyn stands on the edge of his lifelong goal. He knows the road ahead will be grueling, that not all battles will be fought with lasers and torpedoes, but with politics and tough decisions. Yet, he remains steadfast—ready to prove himself worthy of flying under the banner of Liberty, to protect the trade lanes, and to become a part of the fleet that inspired him as a child.
