IND is not neutral, as they have supplied the corsairs many times, this is one example
The elders dont have to give you explainations for their decisions, and while TBH itself feels otherwise about the COE, theres still a COE inrp, hence we too must follow it.
Those who trade with us, exempted from piracy, as far as I recall - unless they changed it, and I doubt they did.

My apologies for posting here as this is not really "feedback" as such, however, as I recall, the Corsair Laws do not make people that simply trade with the Empire exempt from piracy.
The Laws state something to the effect that they are only to be "not pirated" on the occasions that they are actually in the processes of supplying the Empire ie literally carrying goods to a Corsair base with the intention of selling them there, or carrying Corsair artifacts "somewhere".
Carrying goods across Corsair space that are not destined for a Corsair base makes them piratable (is that a word?) in the normal way, regardless of whether they have previously supplied the Empire with goods.
There have been, and continue to be, special exceptions to this and whilst I am not sure of the current situation the IND have previously been one of the exceptions (and may continue to be?).

Thank you for that little update, i must have mixed the IND situation in my memory to what normal piracy applies to. For else, Please, let's stop the debates, this thread is just not the right place.

I'm sorry but I left feedback for your faction in my previous post, as this is a place designed for it, could you please respond to it.
Also, could you show me RP threads why IND has such special status to Brotherhood ? You showed me a delivery where many traders apply to, I don't see a reason there to have special protection under Corsair faction.
Thank you.

Here are two posts I picked up quickly, notice the tone of the transmissions, the not only friendly, but respectful tone of the communications. Notice we have posts from both Elders from TBH and Benitez, both on behalf of the Council of Elders. Notice mention in both of the long relationship between the Corsairs and the IND.
Anyway, you wanted evidence of the relations between IND and Corsairs. Also, to clear your mind, I am the only major Corsair player in IND, when both of these messages happened, I was out of the leadership of the Corsairs. I am also not now in the leadership of the Corsairs, merely helping at the moment to get TBH on track. So aside from me being in IND, do you have any reason to claim bias, or is this just a baseless claim to try and win an argument?

Seriuosly. I do imagine this may sound insultive, which it is and should be with all intent, but I don't see how otherwise I can sum up what you've wrote there.
You know what strikes me here? Before some veteran players came back to play sair characters or to the game in general and reintroduced corsair pirate roleplay back to the game council was like a dysfunctional family. Like a drunk dad lying on a couch all day.
And now you suddenly are intrested. And when some intresting things start to happen the same drunk dad decides to slap his kid for doing something he does not approve of. Points to his authority because he's older or that he like had a job a year ago dragging attention from current situation, that he's just a drunk couch potato.
Coucil of Elders can function without official factions in it. It's not about the tag. It's about making sense. And you don't need to have a tag to do so. Now I'm not saying that there should be no official factions in it. But atleast please, don't victimize yourself for such a hard work and burden you're carrying.

Again.. so self-entitled and so self-important.
The council actually has no power to enforce anything without an official faction in it. It is the official faction that has FR2 and FR5 power, which is what allows the laws to be enforced against Corsairs violating the laws. Without this, it is a sanctionable rule violation. As to the rest, I dont think it even needs to be responded to.

Thank you for explanation, no I don't think there is bias now, I see there is respect from both sides on those threads,I don't know how they earned it, but its there. If you have will to do so I would like to learn how did first contact looked like between us and them. If you don't have time, no problem, thanks for links.
Except for that, which wasn't my main point, I still think you're not respecting your own lore and roleplay (as corsairs) with such defensive attitude of foreign company just because of the supplies. For reasons I stated in my last long post.
Anyway thanks, I don't think this will change your mind, nor that you will agree with my point of view, but hey feedback is a feedback.
Thanks for your time.
