I think what Nomnom wants to say is, how can one of your guys trust evidence from someone who is obviously declared a criminal within Liberty?
Would you also take evidence by xenos when they catch someone with cardamine?
Tbh. Thats not a valid arguement. Just because an information comes from unusual source that doesn't mean its outright wrong. And in case of the example with the xenos involved. Many criminals are willing to sell their own mother provided they get enough cash for it. So getting information from unusual sources is just as much usefull information as anything else. So please stop trying to pose as the offended.
I would say I'm sorry for the situation last night, but I won't. I was on the trade lane in keppler to the only Freeport/station in that system. Smuggling and staying near trade lanes is a bad idea. And when I was trying to role-play with you, you started sending me OORP responses you claimed you had lag but you were still able to drop out of cruise, drop your cargo, and shoot it. and you saying that I was unprofessional? I'm sorry but that's not how things work here in the Republic of Liberty. With lack of a better term there's a new sheriff in town..
Just as the constant increase of entropy is the basic law of the universe, so it is the basic law of life to struggle against entropy. - V. Havel

- House Military, Police, and Intelligence factions may enforce roleplay consequences upon any players and factions found breaking House Laws within Outer Regional Space, only if they are personally there to witness to the legal infraction while uncloaked and equipped with a House Military, Police, or Intelligence faction ID.
So by that a player has the right to enforce consequences based on that encounter.

As far as that California thing goes, it is still within the scope of the rules, and is a matter of the RP progression. Operating in the grey or dark areas isn't something the Navy hasn't done before to reach it's goals(see ESRD spooks). So technically there isn't any issue here. But yeah you do have the right to be concerned, but posting in feedback won't guarantee you that it'll take your concerns away, more so it being something of the iRP environment.
I don't understand why the vessel needs to be destroyed after the smuggler dropped his contraband.
You can clearly see that the contraband has been jettisoned but no further demand was made as far as I can see.
Since I was online at that time the whole situation is pretty strange.
Yeah i guess he jettisoned the cargo, but he still violated the laws of Liberty. You still get arrested. Maybe you can complain about police brutality, but that's another matter.
I think this is pretty much overdiscussed. Since the whole point of this post from nom was to complain because his beloved status quo was harmed and he fears AFC has to suffer iRP consequences. Since i remember the last time somthing similar happened. From now on i will ignore posts regarding this matter. Because trying to hold on to your status quo by any means including taking iRP matters to OORP enviroment is ridiculous. Cheers everyone.

Last I checked, liberty doesnt influence all of Kepler. Rather half up till the Freeport.
You were also not on the lanes up. Logic states that if I was ahead of you on the lanes and did not see anyone, then that is not the case.
I would love to know in truth but from my assumption it seems that you guys just undocked from the Freeport, saw a smuggler, and then started demanding
But you know what lets forget that for a sec.
I noticed you tell me to stop and I stopped, yet you were insistant on saying I was running from you.
You did not have any intention other than to shoot me. That screamed from your roleplay.
logically, a transport who is caught, notices he has no chance, and shoots his cargo that is illegal is an act of submission to the cop. But you know whatever.
And finally, you people have been logging in and specifically targeting us for about 2 weeks now. You were either mot in game or just shooting with nyx in Conn and then you HAPPEN to find me? Not likely. If you couldn't shoot us one way then you shoot us in another. I wouldn't be as upset right now if I had not seen what you did to my faction members before that were frankly new to the game and weak in skill.
There is a certain standard when it comes also to lawful interaction. You want there to be more smuggler rp interaction? Handle it better and keep the other person in mind. Otherwise you will have fun not doing any interaction from smugglers.
And you know what. For the record. You did NOTHING to shoot those illegal ships in your precious liberty space up until I called you out on it later in rp. Even then, you did not treat it seriously as even one of them flew over to CD me continuously and shoot lames in front of me with no real purpose other than to troll.
It was blunlty obvious that you guys were all on TS together and targeting someone and not caring that you guys are enemies.
The interaction could have gone a lot better and even be enjoyable, but you decided to be one of those players that doesnt give a damn about someone on the other side.
There is enough evidence to pin point you guys as combat logging, and its quite shameful to be honest .
