Greetings, High Command!
After serveral opportunities to see Lieutenant Nicole Prower in action, while on duty, I have decided to recommend her for a promotion. Her skills and ambition regarding combats, executing orders and dealing with various sorts of situations, such as negotiating with possible threats until they gave up on their actually goals which might have lead to casualities or greater damage, are flawless. A skill lead pilot to hunt down targets, a relieable wingman to watch your back while you are on the chase, and a savior when one happens to end up in an escape pod.
Clearly proving others, that the Liberty Navy, especially the 5th Fleet is not formed by blood cold killers who are trigger happy gunlovers always trying to enforce their power upon others, she instead has shown other people around her, that the 5th Fleet is able to show compassion, patience, can actually chat and decide that using lethal force is not always the way to go. Her actions have cleary increased the reputation and standing of the 5th Fleet within Liberty.
In addition to this I would like to indicate upon her steady activity in filling out detailed patrol reports and situation reports, which give a good view upon many important incidents. A commendable behavior.
Comm ID: Nicole Prower Recipient: 5th Fleet High Command Subject: Gallic assault
Greetings Command,
Today's patrol began quietly. As per usual, however, this quiet was disrupted yet again by those annoying communists. However, my ship systems shorted out and I was unable to capture data from the battle and unable to assist for the latter portion. After having a replacement issued, I return to patrol duty, where it seems I hit the front lines.
Admiral Sader, myself, Captain Armada and several others engaged an Gallic assault force comprised of one battleship, what looked like an armored transport, and a bomber. Facing the odds, the three of us engaged with extreme prejudice. Shortly after engaging, bounty hunters, and reinforcements sent from First Fleet. Additionally, a Hellfire Legion bomber joined the joint force to destroy the Gallic invaders. Myself alongside the Hellfire bomber, and a siege cruiser, we began to crack the hull of the Gallic warship. Assisted with the nuclear mines of our fighter screen, the Gallics lost yet another warship in the ongoing struggle.
Lastly, I would like to thank Captain Armada for his recommendation.
Comm ID: Lt. Cmdr. Ethan Taylor Recipient: 5th Fleet Members Subject: Destruction of the "Traders-Love"
Greetings,
After Anderson and me got called by Prower for assistance to get a "Nephilim" out of Liberty, we started to escort it back to Galileo. During our trip through Colorado we got called by a GMG-convoy because they had a small problem: Traders-Love, a Rogue "Scylla". We got to the New-York-Gate to deal with it. In this time a secondary fleet battleship arrived and at the gate and the "Scylla" fled. We chased it and after some jumps through the Colorado and New-York jumphole we finally nailed it and destroyed it.
Comm ID: Nicole Prower Recipient: 5th Fleet High Command Subject: Action with a Cadet
Greetings Command,
Today I had the pleasure of flying with Cadet Sofia Victorix of the First Fleet. I had chanced upon her and an Outcast battling, to which I went on standby. During the battle however, a Lane Hacker arrived. I warned against interfering but they attempted anyway. Powering my weapons, I put the Hacker down before he could interrupt Victorix's fight. Victorix finished her battle, and we continued our patrol, meeting up with an R&D operative.
Letting the Cadet take charge, our patrol headed to the Colorado system. Our sweep concluded nothing, but just as we were about to return, an Outcast pilot arrived at the wrong place at the wrong time. The Cadet took charge, and did quite the number on him, but the jumpy pilot somehow gained the upper hand. Enraged, I finished the scum off. We secured Sofia's pod and returned her to HQ.
Later on, while off duty I might add, I found a smuggler and immediately jumped into my fighter, but the Admiral, Captain Armada, and several others interdicted them before I could catch up. The contraband was destroyed and fine issued. After this, a Junker had been caught trying to transport more than permitted amount of persons on a Pilgrim Liner. After a lengthy discussion, the people were released on Norfolk and shuttled back to Manhattan.

Greetings,
Today I flew with Watson through Liberty when I saw a Freelancer Gunboat with some Nuclear Devices on board. I followed him into the Pennsylvania system and stopped him. After I told him that he has contraband on his ship, he didn't discussed and dropped the cargo. I didn't fined him and Watson and me secured some of the devices.
Comm ID: Lt. Cmdr. Ethan Taylor Recipient: 5th Fleet Members Subject: Patrol report
Greetings,
I chilled outside of Manhattan with some Forlorn members and some other people as a Hegemon undocked from Manhattan's mooring fixture. I scanned the cargo and found a lot of people in it. I asked the ship often that it has to stop, but it won't. So I started to shoot it, I needed a lot of time to damage it. At the end I fought it until we arrived West Point, where Admiral Jones and some members of the 1st were. We destroyed it and secured the people.
Comm ID: Nicole Prower Recipient: 5th Fleet Command Subject: Late reports
Greetings Command,
Please excuse the lateness of these reports. To begin, a couple days ago aboard warship Miasma, I had engaged a Gallic warship that strayed too far from it's home. Myself, alongside cruiser LNS-Michael, and First Fleet pilot Daniel Redding. Regretably, Redding's bomber was clipped, but his pod was recovered. Though a fair enough trade, as we sent the battleship to the scrap yard after it attempted to flee the battle.
The next couple days after, we received word of a large Gallic presence in Magellan, as such we joined a joint task force of Navy and Crayter forces to counter the threat. Regretably, Miasma was heavily damaged, and her black box is damaged beyond repair. Only a scrap is intelligable, crediting Miasma with the final blows to battleship Conquerant.
Later that night, smugglers came out enforce, only to be intercepted by myself and another pair of First Fleet pilots. Several were smuggling Artifacts to Manhattan, but intercepted, fined, and contraband destroyed. Guncams unavailable due to damage caused to my fighter, blowing the camera off. This brings me up to date with my reports, my apologies for lateness. Recovered data of Miasma's brief victory in Magellan attached.

Over this past weekend, while I was on leave I responded to an emergency that other suitible craft we're not available for while grabbing some things. And Outcast destroyer was being pursued by Captain Armada and LSF Agent Gregory Schmidt. While their armaments proved semi-effective against the shield, not so much for the hull. Bringing in the firepower of the upholder bomber, we scrapped out the destroyer as it slowly attempted to flee.
After the weekend, I returned to standard duty, and it was mostly quiet. Though today had quite a few notable events. To kick off the patrol Juneau reported unidentified signatures in Zone 21, and swiftly responding, I found a freelancer present. After a brief exchange, the freelancer submitted himself to punishment, and the vessel was destroyed.
Following this, a Cryer transport was hauling five thousand units of artifacts, trying to haul them into Manhattan. The transport was stopped, contraband destroyed, and fine issued. However, this was not the first, nor the last time this vessel was caught. While off duty the day before, my habits took over, I scanned the vessel and was hauling the artifacts once more. Even just before writing this report, the vessel was caught by myself and Admiral Sader, to which it made a panicked dock to West Point. Pretty bad place to dock. Recommend anyone who crosses paths with this vessel scan it for illegal cargo. The vessel even attempted to bribe me by paying me double the fine to finish their run. Naturally, this was decline and all contraband annihilated.
Finally, an assault was mounted against Gallic forces in Magellan. While the operation resulted in a.. humiliating failure, our vessels not claiming any of their capital ships, I found some redemption in taking down one of their fighters before fleeing to Manchester. After this and another incident which was lost due to being shot down, I finished my duty.

Greetings, High Command!
When I started my patrol, Liberty space seemed to be actually peaceful for a while. Once every system was checked, I decided to return to Planet Manhattan, listening to the civils sitting at Trenton.
After a while, I received a message by someone named "Rapier", telling me there was a pirate at West Point Academy. Arriving there, I met upon the "pirate" which happened to be an Outcast named "Rapier", who already prepared for me tapping into his trap. Already chased by the local patrols, including two gunboats, he tried to provoke and lure me away to an area in his favor. Of course I didn't fall for this, instead I decided to turn the tables and get him to follow me back to Planet Manhattan. Midway in the lane, he distrupted the tradelane-sequence and broke off, trying to provoke me again.
As I was about to reply on his attention with gunfire an LSF-Agent named "Gregory Schmidt", already rushed in to take care of the Outcast. As he seemed to have the situation handled, I just remained stand-by but ready to go in, in case hostile reinforcments should arrive. Standing by didn't last long, when the Outcast decided to unleash full gunfire on me, which I decided to reply. Of course he didn't stand any chance as he ate a nuclear mine triggered by my cruise distrupting missle.
At the same time, three SCRA-vessles and a criminal arrived at Planet Manhattan. A navy vessle was already destroyed, when LSF-Agent Schmidt and me arrived. Both of us were engaged the moment we closed in towards the scenery. The Forlorn Hope went in to assist us, turning the combat equal. Thanks to them, we managed to hunt down all four hostile vessles without further casualities. Unfortunately, due the heat of the battle, I wasn't able to make any visual evidence.
Once the situation was cleared, I was about to get my Guardian repaired and ammunition restocked, but this got distrupted by an Outcast Destroyer named "donramos" showing up above Manhattan. Distrupting it's cruise engine, LSF-Agent Schmidt and me closed in to keep the capital vessle stunned. The captain decided to unleash fire upon us, so we replied alike, yet not doing somewhere close to enough damage, to actually scratch the ship. Then Lieutenant Prower showed up in her Upholder, closing in to engage the Outcast Destroyer. Thanks to her firepower we managed to take down the threat. After this, I returned to Planet Manhattan, for repairs and restocking, while Lieutenant Prower returned into her day off. Also LSF-Agent Schmidt decided to end his duty for this day.
Starting off from Planet Manhattan again, I noticed an interesting name passing by. Alicia Prower, marked as hostile moved towards Rochester. I managed to get close enough to scan her vessle, determining she was a member of the Lane Hackers. At the same time I started a conversation with her, trying to make her stop, answering to my questions. During our conversation, she told me her story, and confirmed my assumption that she was indeed Lieutenant Nicole Prower's sister. Since she didn't show any hostile behavior and actually acted cooperative, I managed to convince her in abandoning her relations with the Lane Hackers. So I decided to escort her towards Barrier Gate Station in Conorado and did everything I could to, to help her change her ways. With a new ship, paid off fines for certain less legal actions and clean papers, she contacted Lieutenant Nicole Prower to restart her life as a now law-abiding citizen. Along with this, I could prove, that the Liberty Navy, especially the 5th Fleet, isn't consisting of just icecold, triggerfinger gunloving, killermachine-like soldiers, but indeed understanding, empathic, humans.
