"I've heard enough. Such is the disrespect of strangers. We welcome you to our home, something we're not compelled to do, and what do we get in return? You questioning a Shogun about his name, about which I'm sure Teraku-san informed you of already. I tolerate most things, but mocking me in my own home I do not. Guards, escort the gaijin off of Kyoto. You can speak again, but I do not promise I shall listen."
Lena was passing through the corridor, and stopped for a few seconds looking at the scene. Like pretty much always, she forgot her kimono in her bedroom, going around with her "I eat nomads for breakfast" tee-shirt and old order jeans.
"Weird stuff."
She turned her attention back to her PDA, continuing her route.
Teraku stepped out of Miyamoto's chambers, waiting for the guards to deal with the stranger under Miyamoto's orders. He noticed Lena walking down the corridor.
"Lena-chan?" He raised the tone of his voice. "Lena-chan! Are you... back from Sendai?"
"I'm sure we'll find a way to help you, Lena-chan". He gently grabbed her hand and smiled, "I'm starting to think that you don't like the kimono I gave you... Well, you could pick a different one is you wish."
The robed figure looked down, then back up at the shogun.
"I am not allowed to leave until all three stages have been met."
Several of the guards looked at each other, curious. The shogun put his hand on the grip of his katana, just in-case.
"So far.. Only stage one has been fulfilled. Infiltration... But before I show you what the next stage is, I feel it is necessary to state that I was not searched upon entering this rock. But i suppose telling you this won't do any good.. Why would it? You won't be here to do anything about it."
The figure smirked underneath his robe, then reached inside the robe and pulled out a katana as long as he was tall. He held it high and proudly.
"Now, shall we begi-"
He stopped in mid sentence, blinked several times then looked at the shogun strangely.
"Myam-?"
He shook his head back in pain and fell to the floor, clutching and scratching his face.
Once again, the Wedjat Delegation arrived in Chugoku, this time aboard the current flagship, the Carrier Hestia's Fire. Upon her arrival in system, she de cloaked briefly to allow a smaller ship, the Hathor Class Gunboat Gugnir II to launch
The Gugnir II continued towards Kyoto Base, home of the Blood Dragons
On the bridge Kell gestured to the floating hologram of Selene, the ships AI, to open a channel
"Kyoto Base, this is Colonel Kell Tainer of the Order Wedjat, we are here for a diplomatic mission" Kell began, only to be cut off by an incoming comm signal
"Colonel, welcome to Kyoto, we have been expecting you, bay 92 has been cleared for your use, we hope you enjoy your stay"
Kell turned to his XO, Commander Matthias Shaw, "Well that was good to hear" He said.
"For once we're welcomed with open arms, not with a dozen turrets tracked on our craft" The commander remarked, remembering previous diplomatic missions the group had been on.
At that moment, the Helmsman, Ghost, looked up at Kell. "Colonel, we've docked" He stated.
"Then lets move out" Kell replied "Matthias, Rachel with me, Rebecca, you have the bridge" he finished, looking at his wife, who responded with a nod.
The trio walked down the exit ramp of the Gugnir, to be greeted by an honor guard that led them towards the Court, where they would meet with the Shogunate once again.
Another man bearing a similar Robe as "Bob" entered the room where his comrade was in pain.
The man swiftly stood before the confused shogun and bowed.
"Pardon me honorable shogun."
He quickly kicked "Bob" in the head, thus knocking him out cold. The stranger then picked him up and rushed away from the scene. But before exiting he stopped at the entrance to look back at the shogun. The figure revealed his smiling face, a familiar face that they had seen before on the news. But the thought quickly disappeared when the man began his run through the halls, back to their ship.
A young man entered the court chambers. The pilot took a seat and watched the Shoguns and other high-ranked members of the Blood Dragon society talking..
