When personally all I have seen is that one person, thats all the direct evidence I have. Though I do admit Sabas has seemed to handle the situation rather nicely. My point was that it certainly does not look good.
I was greatly pleased when Soveriegn made moves to settle the bounty through diplomacy, it gave me great glowing feelings toward your faction's rp...then I realized he wasn't even a member...again, something that doesn't look quite right to me. On that note, all I've heard from your faction about it, the only bit of RP I've attempted with all of you, is that you don't care. And it was accompanied by ooc markers. I've not come down on the faction, and I'm still waiting to see how it might work, but the behavior of one person, especialy when many cannot get on, means a whole damn lot.
To be honest, I rarely log on anymore. Been waiting nearly 2 months for a whisper from the admins has left me disheartended. When I do log on, I log on my independant character.

Whisper about what? If it was a ban, well, you need to remind them in the sanction thread, they've a lot of work, and people often don't come back after a ban, so its on you to remind them. But if you do, it shouldn't take long.
OK, I knew old steel is angry about them because they actually tagged their chars before getting official and flying VHFs.
But Unselie, please ask the RHA or the RM; their neighbors how the BU is doing, as they are the only ones who can tell objectively. BU hearty attempt to RP the Bundschuh properly and I can tell by experience that they make the everyday RP in new Berlin much more interesting as there always is a political argument around, so people actually get to know more about the current situation in Rheinland when they pass by. It feels great to have something like that to eventually evolve into a fight if RHA and RM are around, as it feels much more of a fight over principles and right or wrong then just having some short RP-excuses before some boring PvP like they can be found everywhere else.

mean example, really. Thing is, they and many others addressed the admins several times know, without any reaction. Now, they are hanging in the air for like two months and thats a really bad thing for a faction, as they have to wait to get their chars tagged or participate in any events. And if they DO tag chars, some people step into this thread an blame them and complain about it - so it won't help them at all to build up their numbers. It doesn't surprise me that you don't encounter much forum RP(< ingame RP) from them, as they even cant use the full potential like official factions.

That it was. However, I maintain close relations with BU, and am working on befriending RHA, as befits char RP (which I need to update). Also, since the BU are the "Bundschuh", and Klaus is a Bundschuh, -not- working with them would seem... silly.
As far as the no response thing, as far as I can tell no one involved has gotten a sanction. Its just that the faction request thread hasn't gotten so much as a "we're thinking about it" for about a month and a half now, despite numerous PMs sent every few days.
RHA love their friendly, but backward minor ally, the Bundschuh
Hessian 1: Five Hessians against six Corsairs? Are you insane!? We need a Bundschuh for luck.
Hessian 2: It wouldnt be fair calling in Bundschuh assistance in Omega 5
Hessian 1: Oh, he don't need to fight, he can just stand nearby... Bundschuh are always good luck charm
Get it?:P
These guys are fun. We always think about them. :ylove:

I was talking about a word from the Admins. Whisper seemed the most appropriate word. Example:
They actually post in this thread, and tell us what is going on.
Oh, dear. They tend to do that....non responsive fellows one and all...
Officialness, in the grand scheme, means you can buy a system and be a bit bossier in a ZoI...
Play the game, interact with the community. Admins are busy people, and they've the messy messy mess mess of the server hating BS licenses suddenly...been making things wobbly.
I understand what you are talking about with secondary sources, but you must understand. The personal experience I had, with only one BU, and then said person's persistent behavior, put you all in a bad light, even though sovereign, among others who I greatly respect, said the BU were great blokes, my first impression was rather nasty. I'll be the first to claim I'm impressionable.

My Junker char told them several times they should better stick to Rheinland.
Best answer i got was: It is our right to be here...
Best conclusion i can get is: Just another wannabe pirat clan.
Regarding the RP:
Unselie's char showed them the way.
Funny thing: This Schneider guy is not BU...
My opinion about this REQUEST: three thumbs down
You know, when a faction's GUARD SYSTEM has a jumphole that practically sits above Yanagi, I'd say its legit. Also, the Bundschuh are about stopping the diamond trade- where exactly does that go on? And don't suggest camping the other side of the jumphole, that's just suicide.
In addition, there is NO other way into New Berlin, with exception of the 120k trek around either Hamburg or Dresden. Frankfurt has no JH for some reason. S-13 jumphole is right outside the front door, another one in the guard system, and on occasion Bruschal Base offers missions in S-13.
Any faction flying the colors of the Bundschuh is not "Just another wannabe pirate clan", if you bothered to read any of the rumors at Bruschal, or even when we transcribe them here, you would know that the Bundschuh are not pirates! They try to STOP the diamond trade, not milk it...
Please think before posting, that's the third "you suck" comment in a faction thread in the last hour. Sorry, until you give some substance to what you write, I don't see why anyone should seriously consider what you have to say. Or would, if you bothered to say more than "you suck".
As for Klaus being indie, he was made back when the faction still had its quirks to iron out. Since then, they've done a good job, and whenever they're on I'll group up and we'll do some awesome political activism. I would have him join, but his RP really does not fit factions. Maybe another char, although having a second Bundschuh with distinct RP could be a stretch...
Since the [BU] represent the Bundschuh, Klaus is in effect, a member by cooperation. He isn't bounded by the leadership structure, but doesn't hold any authority over them either. He's just another Bundschuh, who cares about his friends. That's why I posted stuff in Unselie's thread, because he would get seriously miffed at his comrades being mowed down. He got it resolved diplomatically, why does it matter if he's factionified or not? Seriously, me NOT helping them out and trying to make them the best they can be would be silly at best, sadistic at worst.

Wouldn't recommend posting again, everyone knows what you're saying makes sense.
It's just going to end up being a waste of thumbs.
