I am extremely proud of each and everyone of you who were stationed in Omicron Delta these past few weeks. Despite the odds we have managed to inflict heavy losses on the enemy and we have done our part to help secure our relations with the Zoners and their allies.

With the jump holes being scrambled, new theatres of operations have opened up for us, some more urgent than others. Therefore, I am ordering the Kaliningrad Battlegroup to return to New Moscow to familiarize themselves with the new layout of the area and to prepare for a future deployment which will be announcement in the coming week.

I trust that we will continue this tradition of success going forward into new theaters of operation.

Today has been quite eventful. The Matochkin had been directed to rendezvous with and provide security detail for the Volgograd Industrial's prototype transport ship,and that we provided. What nuisances did pose a threat were swept under the rug of history for no one to remember. Additionally, we have been handling administrative duty in sorting out a new recruit's papers. Righto, a heavy duty night for this Commissar, but the ball went out of the ballpark and it seemed like i kicked a hornets nest with it. So to start it off, i went to Chugoku to change my engines for them JP shiny ones, and say hello while i was at it. Ya know, spread a little Red here and there. On my way back, went through the Sigmas and caught two smugglers loaded up full and to the brim with artifacts. Politely asked them to drop and destroy the cargo, and their reply came in the form of ice and fire. Used the ice for my whisky and returned the fire on their ships. Pop pop, they went bang, even with them solarizing turrets, and destroyed the artifacts while i was it. So, with a half-busted Insu, i decided to poke my head into Mu to get some repairs and to do a little meet and greet with them Order folk. Caught up with Golly himself interrogating a weapons smuggler, named Jimmy 'The Rat' Fattore. Bright kid. Spilled out everythin' he knows to keep his behind alive.

Meanwhile, two contacts show up, with a SEI tag. Hunters. Lookin' for little ol' me. In Omicron Mu. Golly was rightly pissed but i proposed to take them to die out of Mu. Which they complied. So we went to Zeta, and a crowd formed up to watch, go figure. And so, i gave them a show. IRG, Order, SCRA and whatnot, all watched me takin' care of business, old school and hard. Golly was pleased. IRG wrote down a memo not to piss us off. And Selim just laughed. We parted ways later on, and i escorted Selim's gunboat back to New Moscow.

The first of three matters worth reporting to Coalition command is that the Mollys are proving to be as hospitable as ever.
