Meh the real Yoghurt does not have fruits at the bottom, you are doing it quite wrong.
Mixed and flavoured Yoghurt is full with unhealthy stuff into it.
If you really want good thing you need real Yoghurt made by Balkan receipt- it means that if you turn the plastic cup upside down the Yoghurt stays in.
Take such then take this nice blueberries>

Put them in 1 to 5 for Yoghurt and then mix. Don't forget to cool it down nice before you eat it.
