Sadly, you are kind of right, wow. But, not really entirely. Those rules are a commodity which I am not sure if they can be taken inRP or not ( admin help required ) but whether they are inRP or ooRP, some RP was made based on them.
And, I warn you, don't expect seriousness in flood. Best to leave such thoughts or complaints in your mind as breath will be nothing but wasted. Consider it Edtip for the future
