And Divine, thanks for pointing out that thing regarding hellenistic-maltese pride.

As for the ship usage... well... The ship usage will be similar to my ship usage ideology implemented in all my other factions. Which means that the ship usage will be entirely logical ( in my opinion ) and that caps will be either be very low in numbers, a flagship at best, or completely absent

Be careful with mentioning your hellenistic roots over what's generally referred to as maltese pride, as other Maltese would unlikely welcome a minority within their structures, even if they've integrated into maltese culture over generations, that's calling itself worth more as those true-born Maltese.

Sabitov is an example for members of a minority within maltese society.
