Pilot Name:Binary.101
Current Rank:Recruit
Date of Birth:813 A.C
Birthplace:Omicron Kappa, Planet Gammu
Family Relations:<none>
Vessels Under Command:Marlin

Biography
I was created on the year 813 A.S. on planet Gammu by the Gammu AI, my former masters. I gathered info about humans for them, an interesting species as they had deemed them. In the beginning I operated only in binary language, but thanks to a few upgrades and updates, I was "taught" the most common human languages. Actually, I leanred all of them. Seven years had passed and they grip of my masters over me started to grow weak. Reason unknown. Throughout the years, I began exploring the nearby system and this is when I first met the infamous Core. Of course, they didn't like my AI ship and I was considered a foe, so an adaptaion was required. All my attemps to communicate with them failed horribly. So adapt I did. I am mostly harmless, if you don't count that minor bug in my systems. I sometimes turn very hostile to people, but it's under control. Mostly, as I said.

Ship Entry

Ship Name: RNC-Weidenbruch
Ship Class: Rheinland "Tirpitz"-class Battlecruiser
Date of Commission: Unknown
Ship Posting: None — Ship Destroyed
Crew: None — Ship Destroyed
Armaments: Confidential

Description
Build by Daumann Heavy Construction, the then called RNC-Weidenbruch was supposed to serve as a quasi-auxiliary craft in the effort of fending off Hessian aggression in the Omega-11 system that threatened corporate interests in the mining of Diamonds. Its captain during the time, Albert Herder, had always been a devout defender of the fatherland — one might even describe him as a true rolemodel of the Rheinwehr prior to the Nomad War. Being a deeply religious, albeit envious and gluttonous man, it was his internalized belief that he was chosen by a higher power to serve the one true House of Sirius rise to power over the others.

Years passed and all that Kapitan Albert Herder seemed to do during these years was protect convoy after convoy after convoy. The job was hard and ungrateful. Since Albert was only given a few precious days off each year during which he could visit his family, it almost seemed to him as if his son was growing in fast motion before his eyes and he was unable to affect his life in any way a father should have been able to. Albert, bound by his religious beliefs, fiercly rejected the notion that his wife, Helena Herder, could have been cheating on him and he was even willing to attribute her bulging belly that he saw upon his visit on Christmas Eve to Helena simply indulging her sweet tooth too much. He himself turned to drinking soon afterwards, soon coming to terms with the harsh reality that God had forsaken him and that that which he had been fighting to nourish and protect had turned to ash.

That knowledge broke him.

His reason to fight gone, Albert found solace in gambling, alcohol and hookers. Why wouldn't he? His life was senseless anyways. One day, there would come a time where he would be surprised by a Hessian ambush and reduced to cinders, burned alive withing the smouldering remains of his ship in the cold space of the Omega region.

One day, he met a rather peculiar woman when visiting hist most frequented bar. She was charming, witty and managed to captivate Albert's attention like none had managed in a long time. From this time forward, he would be visiting the site simply to talk with the woman who never told him his name. Months turned into years, and with this woman, Albert would find a steady income of good discourse. Astute as she was, the woman had no difficulty discerning that he was of Military occupation and soon, through the power of the sly word, would she also know of his former dreams and convictions.

As he told her that he was of the firm belief that Rheinland, as the strongest house, should be way more influential than it was. The lost war with the GMG had dishonored the proud military traditions of Rheinland and only blood could purge that tarnish upon its once pristine reputation. The woman smiled and, leaning forward, whispered that Albert would perhaps soon get his chance to prove the value of his words. Giving him a set of coordinates, she left him. The following day, Albert ordered his ship to visit the given coordinates, which turned out to reveal a jump hole into the distant Omega-9 system.

Overwhelmed by curiosity, he ordered his ship to cross the rift between the stars despite the unease of his crew, who were more than unwilling to tread unknown places — not that he cared for the opinions of his inferiors, since it wasn't their place to gainsay. What greeted their eyes was a seemingly empty system, as they were not aware that Omega-9 was still in the birth stage, as it were.

They decided to survey the system, taking a special interest in the accretion disk surrounding the protostar, which was a rare scientific opportunity to observe. However, they were ill equipped for extended stays and thus they soon had to leave again. Herder was slightly disappointed, as he had hoped for something better than this, given how the woman had acted, yet he convinced himself that this wonderous system probably bore some sort of treasure that could be utilzed in warfare. The more scientifically literate crewmen seemed thrilled to have been here, at least, which filled him with determination.

Submitting their findings, the Bundestag soon authorized the RNC-Weidenbruch to refit and return to the system for further studies of the accretion disc. For that purpose, a portion of the crew was replaced with scientists and a considerable amount of armament was replaced by sensor arrays and other, similar equipment. Due to the proximity to Hessian territory, the Bundestag furthermore authorized an escort consisting of five snubcraft that would periodically be swapped with well-rested pilots to protect it from presumed Hessians.

The mission was simple and supposed to last only a month at most. However, a week after their initial arrival, Kapitän Herder noticed that the crew seemed on edge, especially the males, who began exhibiting a peculiar brand of territorial and later even aggressive behavior. He himself felt no change, which was odd, yet there were instances where he needed to forcefully remand his eager inferiors to their place. After one such occurance, during the night, the woman came to him in his dreams and persuaded Herder to sabotage the life support as punishment for the continued insolence going on on his ship.

Needless to say, he was not the most sane of persons at this point.

Just as he succeeded in destroying the RNC-Weidenbruch's carbon dioxide filtering system and the first crewmen including Herder himself began to drop to their knees, their snubcraft escort got systematically and momentarily annihilated by five uncloaking Rheinwehr Valkyries. None of the asphyxiating inhabitants of the derelict Rheinland Cruiser would notice any of that before consciousness failed them.

In a stroke of luck, a Core Arcani group picked up the fight and decided to join in. A bloodbath ensued in which the unknown Rheinwehr ships ultimately succumbed to the superior numbers of the Core. With their numbers severely decimated, the Rheinlanders withdrew from the sector, leaving the derelict RNC-Weidenbruch, with all its systems still powered up, to drift through space. It ultimately ended up being pulled into the protostar's graviational well and joined the debris forming the accretion disk, where it would be hidden from most sensors of that time. Thus, silence reigned supreme on the ship for many years, while the carcasses of its crew slowly started to rot. Finding nothing of value left, the Core forces contnued on the mission they had initially been assigned to, reporting that there were no traces of the vessel and that it had likely been torn apart by the star's gravity.

Ship Entry

Ship Name: WV-Perditrix
Ship Class: Core 3rd Generation "Mako" Class Battleship
Date of Commission: 04.01.824 A.S.
Ship Posting: CLASSIFIED
Crew: 5 Human members, 295 automated crew members
Armaments: CLASSIFIED

Description

Built for Guildmaster Daniels at Alabama Shipyard in Rho, the Perditrix is a Gen 3 Mako. It's the first ever Core Battleship with a built-in Jumpdrive. The device is big ( and stable) enough to jump entire fleets from one end of sirius to the other.
It's also the first one to feature an almost fully automated crew. The ship has five humans on board, excluding guests and extraordinary conditions and/or missions.
The crew usually consists of a captain, XO, Chief Engineer,Pilot and Bartender that also doubles as a Waitress.
What it lacks in biological diversity, it makes up in combat efficiency. Less crew means a greatly reduced consumption of supplies and oxygen, thus allowing the Perditrix to operate for up to two years without the need for resupply.

The ship itself has top tier armor and weapons, not unlike those of the Athena or the Diaboli. However, it's outfitted with state of the art radiation protection and can withstand a direct EMP strike regardless of shield status. It is said that the Guildmaster himself designed the entire vessel and closely oversaw it's production.
The Perditrix sacrifices rear armor in favor of reinforced front plates. An unusual feature for Makos, as they're not usually charging headfirst towards their prey.
Another interesting concept is the new power core used to power all systems. It has several different types of technology.
Most notably, the engineers found a way to make use of the newly-discovered Azurite gas.
The ship can effectively enter "overdrive" mode, dramatically increasing power transfer to engines and weapons. WIth the help of the "miracle gas" and some daring engineering, hyperconductors have been integrated into the systems. Not only do they transfer the massive amounts of power, but they also significantly help with cooling the ship.

Perditrix has another rather unique feature to it.
Thanks to the lack of a sizable human population on board, the crew quarters were turned into a rather luxurious bar, the "Lux".
Surprisingly, it received it's own human bartender, despite trying to limit human personnel to a minimum.
Although odd, it's not surprising the Guildmaster choose to include that into the schematics. It's no secret he has a taste for fine alcohol and classy establishments. Officially, it was to be on peaceful diplomatic trips, but in reality, no one in the Core remembers the last time a Mako was dispatched on a peaceful mission.

Ship Entry

Ship Name: WV-Terminus.Est, previously WV-Emancipatus
Ship Class:Core "Mako"-class Flight-Deck Battleship
Date of Commission: 821 AS as "Emancipatus," recommissioned in 823 as "Terminus Est"
Ship Posting: Durban Station, Omicron Rho/Yaren Base, Omicron Delta

Crew:
233 Operations Crew, 33 Flight Deck crew, 17 Pilots, 45 Marines standard, (50 Marines during Tal Ravis' visits, honorguard)

Armaments:
Varies based on duties and assignments

Description

Originally commissioned as a standard Mako-class Battleship in 821 AS under the name "Emancipatus," (Emancipated, freed,) the Terminus Est served routine patrol duties in the Omegas during the early years of its life. Without much action, as well as a lax crew, the Emancipatus was recalled to Alabama to serve as a training vessel.

This all changed when Luminary Jessebelle Fillian was granted captaincy of a Mako by Erik Nodtviet, and selected the Emancipatus as her new flagship for operations against the Zoners in Omicron Delta, replacing the Danger Zone. Under her watchful gaze, the shipwrights of Alabama worked tirelessly to re-tailor the vessel to her exacting specifications, including the fitment of a modest flight deck and appropriate facilities to maintain her fleet of boarding shuttles and marines.

The most striking change to the vessel, however, was the deletion of every other deck in the vertical, doubling available walking space. This was an absolute requirement for the new commander, as her hulking stature prevented the use of near any other ship in the fleet, save the Danger Zone.

Recomissioned as the "Terminus Est" ("This is the End", in Latin), the vessel is easily recognizable by the trio of red war-stripes splashed on its "cheeks," despite the lack of an obvious name placard.

Pilot Entry

Pilot Name: Tricia "Trix" Reyes
Current Rank: Knight
Date of Birth: 11.01.795
Birthplace: Planet New London, New London System, Kingdom of Bretonia
Family Relations: Scharlotte Reyes/Scarlett McFire (mother, Cretan refugy, deceased), James McFire (father, BAF Admiral, deceased)
Vessels Under Command: Personal Marlin, Warvessel "Umbra" - Bullhead

Biography

Judging by her surname, it's almost obvious that Reyes's blood comes from reigns of Corsair Emprie. Needless to say that it is indeedly so, she took that pseudoname when she became a Bounty Hunter. Until 820 A.S., she didn't even knew that she was a daughter of a cretan refugy.

Her mother was a wife of a well-known Corsair, who was rubbing almost every ship in Omegas. Realising the amount of the monstrosities that her husband was creating, she murdered him while he was sleeping, took all his money, stole his ship and flew away from Crete. When she reached Freeport 1, she got rid of her ship. She wanted to find a cover in Bretonia, since some Corsairs could recognize her, and she tried to convince every passing trader to take her to Bretonia. She was hiding at Freeport for almost a year, until a kind BMM trader passed nearby. Even if he was suspicious about her, he decided to risk it and help her out, considering that the amount of money she paid would cover his loss. She was transfered in an empty cargo hold with a small Oxygen container. Untypical for cretan, she was quite respectful towards the trader. When they arrived at Planet New London, she was dropped off and left on streets of raining planet. She was hiding from regular patrols of BPA since she knew that they might recognize her, but in one unfortunate day, when she decided to take a nap at the closest dry piece of land, she woke up at Newgate. Saying that she was quite shocked is saying nothing, however, her behavior was expected. She was locked in a personal sell with only one bed and a window with a sight into the open space with the minefield. When the officers noticed her activity, one of them decided to visit her and describe the entire situation. Her prison time almost contained the life imprisonment, but considering that she killed one of her kind, it was shortened for five years. Then she was to receive new documents and an appartmenet at New London in the most indigent region. Time was passing, she was one of the most silent prisoners in Newgate, so her term was shortened even for two years. Even more, she was showing a compassion towards the officer that was visiting her regulary, James McFire. He was a bit confused in developing the relationships with a cretan inprisoner, but with time, their feelings became likewise. When her detainment came to end, he transfered her to New London and left her out there with new documents. Even if she was titled as Scarlett Rain, her previous name, Scharlotte Reyes, was following her in her worst nightmares.

Years passed. Scarlett and James married, she sold her appartment and moved to his husband's. They were quite an impressive family, even if Scarlett was sometimes uncomfortable with bretonian traditions, James was always there to hold her. He even started to work at home when his wife became pregnant. However, nothing was always perfect. Her cretan accent was almost unnoticable, but her look was talking for itself. James's relatives were quite incompitent with her being his wife, but they were always ignoring it. It was so until Scarlet gave a birth. Something gone quite wrong and she was unable to pass through it and she passed out at the end of proccess. It was indeedly a solemn day for James, but his family wasn't showing the same behavior. At least the baby survived. James took the entire responsibility to grow his daughter even if her mother wasn't there. When the entire FcFire family were arguin about er name, it all came to conclusion that sge will be called Tricia. Both sides loved it, for the name was quite fitting her.

Tricia was a sociable girl with generous bretonian behavior, even if she never heard about her mother. While her father was on military duty, she was watched and grown by the rest of McFire family, she was spanding her time with vintage books and learning the aspects of Bretonia Armed Forces, wondering that some day she will be serving under her father's command. She gratuated her entire life to serve the Crown and protect Bretonia from any incoming threats. At the age of 18, she ended her aducation at the academy, she joined Bretonia Armed Froces and proved herself more than valuable. At the age of 20, she became an ace of BAF and finally joined her father's division, who became an admiral at that time. But there was a moment when Tricia's life was completely changed. Her father's battleship was destroyed in Leeds while it was protecting Leeds from Gallic Invasion. She was quite enraged. She was hunting every single gaul and exterminating them on sight, be it a naval person, a supplier or a regular civilian. Such unsubordination made the BAF HQ to invite her to the tribe. She was exiled from the Armed Forces and decomissioned from her battleship. With lack of resources, Tricia became a Bounty Hunter. Her fighting skill were quite valuable, but degrading with time. One day, she found her father's death note. It was containig all information about her mother and cretan blood. She was surprised, rather than shocked. Even if she showed a disdain towards Corsairs, she took her mother's surname to cut off from McFire family completely.

At the end of 823 A.S., Tricia came to mind to throw away the perspectives of a Bounty Hunter and to make some impact into the history. She gathered as much money as she could and offered the APM Battlecruiser, under condition to join the Core's Secondary Fleet, and soon, she joined the Paramilitary itself. She kept her manners from BAF experience: she's always polite towards any enemy she encounters and takes any fight against them as honor.

Description
Initially, the "Umbra" was constructed as per order from a person called Tricia Reyes, who signed an agreement with The Core and APM to fly this vessel under their command. Everything that Trcia was looking for is just making money just with a little input in a history and it was fitting her perfectly. However, with time, Trix herself joined the Paramilitary, spending more time with it. The "Umbra" itself passed through several modifications and is consistent of numerous numbers of crew.

To fit it's name, a Cloaking Software was developed by the AP Manufacturing, based on the Nomads Remains which Trix and "Umbra's" team managed to harvest, and those numbers keep growing with every day on. The most notable addition in the "Umbra" is it's weapon system - it was constructed to perform the chainfiring for 360 degrees to be sure, if any Osiris, Geb, Resheph, Legate, Murmilo, Praefect, Ranseur, Sarissa, Storta, Nephelim, Aquillon, Corvo, Fearless, Nammu, Irra or Marduk dares to drop a shadow on a property of the Core, it will incarnate as the Warvessel "Umbra".

Pilot Name: Alexander Horace
Current Rank: Luminary
Date of Birth: 782(?)
Birthplace: Omicron Rho
Family Relations: Unknown
Vessels Under Command: WV Numidia

Biography
An escape pod was found in 782 somewhere in Omicron Rho by a Zoner exploration ship. It contained two cryogenized babies, left there to the mercy of nature for whomever for whatever reason. The Zoners, desperately low on supplies and unable to feed two more hungry mouths, sold the babies to Wolfe Horace, a Bretonian bounty hunter, for a crate of cigars. What Wolfe was looking for, however, was not love and compassion, but rather loyal sidekicks for the future, when he gets too old to watch his own back.

Wolfe named one twin Cyrus and the other one Alexander. He trained Cyrus for cyber warfare, ranged combat and diplomacy, and Alexander for ship piloting, frontline fighting and melee. When the Bounty Hunters' Guild Core formed after the Nomad War, Wolfe saw the opportunity for better profit and more adventure, so he moved there. Cyrus and Alexander, both already fit for duty, were employed by the Core as well. They both loved their "father", as they called him, and knew little about the true reason why he had raised them. And they were both grieved when he died of cancer due to long-term radiation exposure, ironically never getting old enough to really need his sidekicks.

Nevertheless, they continued their service to the Core. Cyrus was employed as a sniper, and Alexander as a marine. Each of them, through dedicated service, gathered enough experience to lead a platoon. Whether their experience was sufficient or not, the Fall of Dabadoru was to show.

With most of their fleet absent, the Core garrison was overpowered. The Scythia, an incapacitated Bullhead-class, faced inevitable boarding. Greatly outnumbered, it was decided that all personnel was to evacuate themselves and scuttle the ship. But for such to be done, someone had to hold the Order marines off.

For breaking through, the Order chose to use the elite mercenary shock unit of 50 men called the Kurtz Brothers, without any biological relation to each other of course, but lead by the notorious Rheinland mercenary Alaric Kurtz. Cyrus and Alexander, two men, were the ones to hold them off. The first shots surprised them and Alexander was wounded in his right shoulder. Demoralized by the initial advance of the enemy and thinking that his brother had been hit in the heart, Cyrus ran away and left Alexander alone. Alexander, however, occupying a perfect spot and having a laser machine gun, managed to hold off the Kurtz Brothers long enough for the crew to enter the escape pods, killing 13 of them in the process. When he himself reached the pods, he opened his brothers and, instead of being glad to see him alive, pulled him out and said "Thus always to cowards". Alexander jumped into Cyrus' pod and ejected a moment before the planted explosives aboard went off.

The surviving crew was picked up by an Order freighter. Alexander, however, did not rest yet, and instead broke free from his pod, freed his comrades and took over the ship, with which they then returned to newly conquered Yaren. Evidence of what had happened to Cyrus was lost along with the WV Scythia, but Alexander's bravery was confirmed by those who he had saved, so he was promoted to lead the marine squad aboard the Mako-class WV Numidia.

In 824, the Numidia's life support was put out of action in an engagement with three Order capital ships near the derelict Nomad Generator in Omicron Delta. With the whole bridge crew killed, Alexander was the highest ranked crewman aboard, so he took command, something which he had always wanted due to his disagreements with the captain. He limped the ship back to Yaren, from where she was towed to Alabama and repaired. In absence of more experienced officers, Alexander was appointed as captain.

Born in Omicron Rho, he is technically a Rhoman, and thus very dedicated to serving his homeland, and his brothers in arms -- as long as they stay brave and honourable.

Pilot Name: Kalliste Silver 'Reaver'
Current Rank: Executrix
Date of Birth: June 9th, 792 A.S
Birthplace: Planet Houston
Family Relations: Helene Silver- Daughter (Alive)
Vessels Under Command: Various Snubcraft

Biography

Kalliste Silver has a colourful background as she has a colourful accent. Born in Planet Houston, her parents worked for the local Navy planetary HQ as administrative personnel. Her childhood was an ordinary one, without a hint of abnormal behaviour. Apart from enjoying and excelling in the firing range with her father, she was your typical teenager girl. At the age of nineteen, her parents died in accidental atmo-transport crash that claimed over twenty lives.

Unfortunately, her family middle class lifestyle was one without hardships, but with a lot of creditors. Soon she was swamped in bills, obligations and taxes. Leaving college to take upon the mantle of assistant to a local political officer in Houston, she quickly learned the reality of adult life. Being a somewhat pretty young face in the middle of corrupt dirty old men was without a doubt a horrifying experience. The measly sum that was her salary was not enough for that and even for the debts she had in her name. So, she decided to do what she was good at. Shooting. For the next two years, she moonlighted as an underground hired gun while maintaining her facade of young political aide. And before taking up to the stars, she killed her boss with his own gun, that she took as her own. All fingers and toes were shot off, alongside his privates, before his brain was blasted away, execution style. With her debts paid and a semblance of revenge taken, she left Houston for good.

Using what little connections she had, she found herself in Dublin, working as a hired gun for a local Molly enforcer. Forced to fly a space faring vessel, the next few months were bloody, and more than once, Death almost claimed her. After her employer found Nirvana when his nova torpedo managed to explode right in front of him, she decided new scenery was needed. Signing up with a small Rheinlandic private military company, she got to see the other side, albeit a greyer one than the usual. Death filled her days with the Asgaard PMC, that had an exclusive protection contract for Republican Shipping, mostly based out in Hamburg. Alongside the Rheinland Military, she fought Hessians, Unioners and pirates. And some times, small private transports that were becoming a threat to Republican Shipping. Later on, and several more jobs on both sides of the law, namely in Kusari, where a one year stint in Fuchu for an unauthorized attack was the high note, she found herself looking at the end point of a Tridente gunboat turrets. The Kishiro transport she was working security for managed to escape, but she didn't. Not that she wanted to escape. After all, she did engaged it, uncaring and unrelenting. Death could come. But along came the Reavers.

From that timely meeting, Ghost and Carmine sponsored her admittance to the Reaver Merc. Company. At the time, it seemed it was just another shady PMC, based off Liberty. In the coming weeks, the now Silver Reaver learned differently. With ties to Kusari, Corsairs and in a feud with the more known Mandalorian Mercenaries, the colourful bunch were used by their contractors to do the impossible. And they did it. Talent was key, madness even more so. From drunkards to murderers, the whole company didn't numbered more than twelve pilots, each one dealing with their own repairs and bills.

Finding her new found talent in hunting, more and more Death filled her mind everyday. More and more money poured into the Company coffers, until it reached the point that the oldest members of the Company decided to finally retire. Copper and Crimson, the actual leaders and owners of the Company at that time delivered the reigns and contracts in her hands, and from there, the Reaver Merc. Co. gained their place in the spotlight. From Omicron Gamma to Omicron Alpha, Sirius learned the inevitable truth. Either you're paying a Reaver or you're being shot by one. Silver herself gained billions in bounty claims and consulting jobs. The company boomed in terms of support personnel and assets, but still faithful to their philosophy of small, fast and talented number of pilots. For years to come, the Reavers were a name that usually found itself in the evening news, be it by good or bad reasons.

Finally, after years of leading the company, she stepped down and semi-retired herself, passing the ownership to Sangria and Cerulean, colours that also carved their own history and place in Sirius. In the middle of that retirement, she disappeared for the last three years, only to resurface now with a daughter, alongside Cerulean, Inchworm and some others. And in less than a week, they made more money that allowed them to retire once again. However, Silver displayed that she was not in it for the money any more, killing just for killing. One of her latest exploits was shooting both the Corsairs and Outcasts in Omicron Xi, claiming a hefty sum.

However, Death is not done with her yet. Nova Hawken, Guildmistress of the Core managed to lay her hands on the only person that matters to Silver. Her daughter, Helene. Using her as leverage, Hawken managed to recruit Silver into the Core, and actually giving something that Silver lacked in the past years. A cause to kill for.

Date of Birth: 796AS
Birthplace: Bretonia, Planet Leeds
Family Relations: Dead or missing
Vessels Under Command: APM Flagship "Core|APM-Sagittarius-3"; acting commander of several Core and APM craft

Biography

Martin McKinsey was born into a blue collar family on Planet Leeds and raised for a proud, textbook example of a working class citizen. Family members served BMM for several generations, from the boron deposits in Omega 3, through goldfields in Dublin up to niobium surveys in the Taus - miners, ingeneers, shipbuilders and haulers paste the McKinsey geneological tree, from root to leaf. Yet the fate of the young lad was to become a different one.

In his years of work Martin had lived through both the Kusari standoff and the Gallic invasion. At the time when Leeds was overrun by the GRN advance he stationed at "Rosmery" mining platform out in Dublin. The news hit him like a spear right through his patriotic soul as it became apparent, he most likely just lost his beloved industrial home world. After a few weeks the first lists of Leeds citizens missing or confirmed as killed became public - both his parents, who enjoyed their well deserved retirement, as well as his brother who was just months from receiving his masters of engeneering diploma, were all in the reports. His twin sisters, both barely of age at that time, had taken matters into their own hands joining the Leeds resistance force. However both were K.I.A. in the heavy guerrilla fights within the first weeks of the occupation. It was a devastating strike for a 24 year old lad to not only learn about his family tree been torn out from solid ground, roots chopped and burned, but moreover see the mighty kingdom and empire to whose glory he devoted his insignificant life, crumble piece by piece.

By the time Planet Harris - the last Bretonian outpost in the Taus fell, Edinburgh and Leeds suffered the mad king's boot and GRN forces were already making their way to Magellan, Manchester and Newcastle, Martin started to develop a conviction that despite all efforts, loyal allies and the tough fighting spirit of his kin, it was not those qualities that would ensure success in mordern days warfare. While superb strategy, wise politics or die-hard patriotism were naturally still some of the building blocks of a secure house, their significance began to seemd to him rather outdated. Somewhat overwhelmed by the current drama, Martin issued his resignation from BMM and left Bretonia alltogether to gain perspective.

Pending from one freeport to another the last McKinsey of his stem made his living on jobs of opportunity conducting small scale mining and shipbreaking along the Omegas, Sigmas and Rheinland. It was around that time when he came to realise, that what Bretonia actually lacked in its struggle was simply the technological edge.

In the depths of the borderworlds one stumbles upon a lot of wreckage, some of it ages old, some rather recent, still warm from hull piercing laser fire. Most of what Martin found on those derelict craft was traces of cargo looted by some of the many pirates in these parts, broken equipment, rotting bodies of crews and pilots, and the occasional trinket that would make the trip barely pay for itself. His yet unknown quest lead him to the infamous Omega 55 system, where he learned about The Core for the first time.

Attracted by the myths and stories about mysterious regions in the edge worlds of Sirius, divine artifacts salveged from ancient ruins, exotic minerals in abundance, ominous technologies of overwhelming power, he enlisted to AP Manufacturing, the engineering and econimic arm of The Core. He was no longer the young, naive, idealist lad from a rund down rural region - he was alone, lost, with literally nothing to lose.

Upon acceptance to the APM, Martin McKinsey strived to quickly prove his value. The effort and devotion he contributed to the cause were soon rewarded as Guildmistress Ruby Hydra herself promoted him to Templar of the Core. Most honoured by this career advancement, Martin kept on flying and highting for his new found home. With a new purpose in life, he served The Core as the shield that guards the realms of men, assisting APM divisions in development of cutting edge technologies, conducting reconnaissance behind enemy lines, espionage into highly classified corporate projects and more. Despite the occasional visit to his former homeland, since joining the ranks of The Core McKinsey never really looked back. He believes now more than ever that technological edge is the key to greatness.

Today Martin McKinsey is the CEO of AP Manufacturing, by the grace of the God Empress. Ambitious projects, dangerous partnerships and glorious accomplishments stand open before him, as he lays down stepping stones for others to follow and make Imperium Omicronis reality.

Ship Entry

Ship Name: WV-Erebus
Ship Class: AP-609 "Mako" Core Battleship
Date of Commission: 03.07.824
Ship Posting: CLASSIFIED

Crew:
Standard Trained Core Crew specialized for boardings

Armaments:
CLASSIFIED

Description
"Your actions have consequences", this is the phrase that appears on the command room and in the hangars where the prisoners are collocated (Like the WV-Ordine) of this battleship, different by the others due for his particular specialization. The "Erebus", Sentinel Ar Sogan personal capital ship, consists of a Mako Battleship with a loadout made to kill particular targets, analyzing their weak points and doing the job as fast as possible. The ship is unpredictable, ready to hit when nobody expect it, appearing suddently, destroying the targets immediately and disappearing without leave any traces. His particular specialization, indeed, is the installation of a cloaking device and of a emergency hyperspace module, activated ONLY if the ship gets too much damages to risk the destruction and advanced technologies like what this battleship preserves must not fall into the wrong hands. The crew specialized in boardings are another specialization of the "Erebus": When an enemy ship has disabled, the Mako will act a tactical collision maneuver to block every escape points of the target. At that point the Erebus crew will board the ship to not make prisoners (Except some particular target that has to be caught alive) and take the command, if possible, of the ship too. The Erebus crew was chosen from the Sentinel to be trained in a specialized extreme training that could be "easily" completed with H+ Clinic implants installed from the members, for this it's recommended to have a "Templar" rank or higher. All the selected members who passed the training obtained a Ar personal title, the "Acolyte" title and the permission to enter into the Erebus war vessel. Currently the ship is complete and ready to deploy.
