Rule-wise, BHG ID can claim any bounty which does not involve an unlawful action or employer.
You can apply that to any situation to see whether the BHG ID can rule-wise claim a bounty or not. As a few examples:
- Liberty government puts a Sirius-wide bounty on all Daumann ships - A BHG ID can technically* claim this bounty in Liberty, as there are no laws against shooting Daumann there, but can't go down to Rheinland and claim one, because it would be considered an unlawful action in Rheinland.
- IMG puts a bounty on all BMM ships in Dublin - Even though the employer is not an unlawful group, the contract itself would be considered unlawful because shooting BMM in Bretonia is against the law, and so BHG ID cannot claim this bounty.
- In case of Individual bounty from an anonymous source - If the target is considered lawful in the area where the bounty is going to be claimed, then the BHG ID cannot partake in that contract, but if that's not the case, BHG ID is allowed to claim that bounty without worrying who the employer might be.
* Keep in mind that only because it's not against the rules, doesn't mean there will be no RP consequences for it. That's why BHG player factions over the years have avoided such contracts altogether, but it doesn't mean if one decides to claim such a bounty they'd be breaking any rules. Bounty hunters are just like mercs, after all. The only difference is the BHG tend to avoid any contract that might cause trouble with the lawfuls of the houses.

What in case of target, which was not reported for crimes by the House, but branded target by the Corporate bounty - e.g. Junker, Hogosha, independent (FL ID) mercenary, slaver, smuggler?

You quoted the answer to the question you quoted the answer to question. Why?
Now please add that example to the rules post as a spoiler.
