Hola, it's nice to see your pretty face again Leena-sweet, I'm overjoyed! Great to hear back about the supplies, our docking masters at Vieques have probably registered them as well, and with that I believe we are almost ready to begin the reconstruction.
If you wish to supervise and assist my boys with this heavy task, we'd be happy to house some of your engineers for the time being, as every pair of able hands will help make the process quicker.

My own areas of expertise lie in Cyber-Security, but I will personally be along to oversee the project. I can't boast a large support staff, but the Admiral will no doubt lend me as many of our engineers as needed for the project. My own role will be to update and upgrade the Discovery's cyber-warfare suite. The men I bring with me, will be entirely at your disposal.
I know where Vieques is, so I'll head there myself shortly. I look forward to finally meeting you in person Jericho.

I am happy to announce that the grand repair of the SNS-Discovery has been finally complete! The warship is ready to be taken out of docks as soon as you send in the crew. Hopefully it wont explode as soon as you start the engines, I'd be in big trouble if Vieques went down in flames.
