Hm. Well, due to my own inactivity, I'm not going to suggest the awesome Southern Lights Outcast wing that you should immediately join.

No, really. Not suggesting that until at least 4.85. On a less self-promoting note...

The BPA would be a great choice. Bad at flying a fighter? Not a problem, most pilots don't have guns anyway. I used to be one, long before they added the no-gun bit, great group. Playing a cop just doesn't fly with me though.

From a purely non-member perspective, Gateway's great too. You might not see it so much on the forum or outside of group chat, but they're quite a funny group. I've never actually been a member, but I've escorted them on a few runs. Most fun I had on my old Mandalorian.

The Mandalorians are pretty good, too, but considering that they're mercenaries you will be fighting quite a bit. Good way to improve, but you might not like the fighting at first.

Anything in Liberty will force you into a fight rather often, except for the Xenos if you like hiding. Good way to get practice, but very frustrating if you're not a good pilot. I'd advise against.

yeah i want to join a faction that has good participation so i'm not alone, and i do want to see some action.

as for my trader, i'm having a hard time deciding on which one to switch to.

Well I'm in many factions, but I am going to be the one who doesn't ask you to join but I do hope when you decide to join a faction you get the one that's right for you man.
There are many different factions, everyone has a different role in this server. Even if the player factions are in the same NPC faction, 99% of the time they are almost nothing alike.
Also you have a famous name on your back so it wont be to hard to find a good faction bro lol

I would suggest the new RFP, we mainly want to role-play. Infact i got into a good role-play arguement with an SCRA member in New Berlin, which i quite enjoyed because he didn't even listen to my part so it went on and on:P.

GMG|, you can actually save Sigma-13, you can haz lotsa fun, and like Prowler said, you can actually get better in small ships, because that place does it to you.
