Sometimes in life you have to run away from what you are in order to find it. Seems you made it back around and found right where you belong. The Congress has a tendency to attract those society has thrown by the wayside. We ain't shy of accepting them either, some of the most wholesome people can be found combing the fields of New York. Just know this, you are no longer alone, you and your crew are part of a bigger family, the Junker Family.
Move on over to Puerto Rico and visit Arbiter Rick Tiltman at the Ruff Tuff bar on the Vieques Shipyard to get introduced to the rest of the family.

Mr.McRaven,
Good to see a child of Thunder Bay getting out of that hole in the wall, it's remote even for a Junker base. Your application has been accepted.

I may be young, but I've minded my mining for a long time. I've mined for DSE back when Humboldt was rich with Copper and Silver, but lately I've mostly mined for ALG. We don't haul normal scrap and waste like we used to; I've been mining the good stuff. Premium scrap, and Military Salvage.
In my DSE days, they needed me because I could mine, and protect the fields, all with the same setup, something not a lot of corporate employees could do. The same skills came in handy working for ALG, when they sent me to Bering, a system loaded with pirates. Only, I wasn't protecting "their" fields, anymore. I was protecting myself. After I barely survived defeating a few Unioner pilots who were determined to run me out of their fields, I knew I wasn't getting paid enough for this.
Earlier today, I'd collected 80,000 units of scrap and left them in space for future customers, something I'm only able to do because of my ability to protect it. A few congressmen came to pick it up, and one of them told me that the Congress could use the skills of a man as proficient as myself. Knowing that the Junkers are far more welcome there than ALG, I knew where I'd be better off. Besides, in the time I've spent working these fields, I've grown to like the sort I meet in Bering in oppose to the defenseless corporates I met working elsewhere.
How fast can you repair a broken Salvager?: Faster than you can bring me the scrap from the wreck of the ship that damaged it.
How good are you at selling Premium Scrap to a stranger?: I can sell scrap to a salvager. With mining equipment.
What would you do if you get caught smuggling by a member of law enforcement? What about if you're stopped by a bandit while smuggling?:
If I'm stopped by law enforcement, it depends on the situation. If they're in a position to make enemies for us, I'll drop the cargo, and take it as a loss. If nobody's around to hear them scream, I'll donate some plasma, and add their remains to the newly emptied space in my cargo hold.
If I'm stopped by a bandit, I'll offer him a beer and a dogfight story. If that's not good enough, I'll give the coordinates of what's left of him after a congressional laser debate, to the congress so you know where you can get your next load of scrap.
What knowledge do you possess of the Puerto Rico systen, if any?: Vieques can fix your ship faster than you can dock it, and Junker Town has a pretty good bar.
What ships do you already own?: What ships don't I own?

Depity Are-biter Kapp asked me to inform you of your accept-ance into our family, with a special note of comm-end-ation for your scrappin eeforts.
Birthday and Birthplace: 22nd August - Planet New London
Biography: My journey as a pilot started when I got a job as a train pilot when I was 17 at stokes mining station I managed to gain this from my long experince with ship matienence due to my parents running the New London Commerical Ship Merchants.
After a year I decided to leave due to Massively Underpayed hours for the Value of the Loads Transported. I decided to save for a freighter and start to job independent runs trading gold to liberty. and bringing Helium to the sigma's and shipping H Fuel back to bretiona. After a few years of doing runs I had befriended a few junker pilots. Who told me of the money to be made in scrap out in the Omicrions.
This was appealing to me, as I have had undertaken Trading opperations for the outcasts before but only through the tau's to bretonia. If there was money to be made with a outgoing commodity to the edge worlds, that would completly justify the months it would take to make the trip and The fortune that could be made with the ''Commodites'' coming back from Malta to liberty would be unbeliavable.
That was how I managed to obtain the materials for building my own salvager. Which was built on atleast 60% spaceborn scrap. It's amazing the strength of your material you can gain back with clever forging, a couple of superconducters and high quality Titanium Rods.
How fast can you repair a broken Salvager?: We all know a good Salvager should never break down! And no good junker would ever ask anyone else to fix it. But Hypothetically speaking, Salvagers although incredibly vairaied. Are built a consistentily high quality. I couldn't ever see me working more on a couple of days even on someone elses.
How good are you at selling Premium Scrap to a stranger?: Let's put it this way. I didnt even take 2 years before I made more money of Premimum Grade ''Scrapage'' than cardamine, go figure
What would you do if you get caught smuggling by a member of law enforcement? What about if you're stopped by a bandit while smuggling?: Run Former, Shoot for the Later.
What knowledge do you possess of the Puerto Rico systen, if any?: I stayed there for 2 months while we built my first salvager there. I have met the Arbiter several times.
What ships do you already own?: My Salvager, My Retrofit and a ''Eagle'' VHF

Killed his father, shares the same middle and last name as his younger brother in the Unioners, which they are both unaware of eachother's existence due to having different mothers and the same bachelor father. Hangs out in debris fields of all sorts in border and edge worlds waiting for prey. That's the quick the run down. Posesses key traits of being a sly polite businessman to alure his prey without violence or traps.
