I would point out that activity is extremely important to the reputation of an OF.

I have literally lost count of the number of times an OF doesn't like the RP occurring so they just stop responding. I know the reason for that is that they have been reprimanded for impolitic behavior, but no one is going to respect you when you suddenly stop playing because something doesn't go your way.

When that is a public occurrence, a la the forums, it certainly doesn't encourage joining.
