Customer: I'm going to slit my wrists and your going to be a witness of it.
Me: (... Go ahead ...) ...
Note: I fixed her problem but the customer did notice that I was cold and really didn't give a damn about what she said. So she decided not to annoy me much.
I also got two calls saying that they wanted to cancel. One said he had been try to cancel since october; the other since december.
Also someone took my stress ball today ... ba****ds ... now what am I going to crush when I want to stick my hand through the phone and choke the customer ...
