Uhmm, i need to fix a problem on one of the textures - if you see on the last pic - theres a plate that is off track ....

It's too symetrical. The model would look a lot stronger if you moved about the "tentacles" more.

Good progress so far though. Keep it up!

A massive improvement to your last work. The textures are looking quite nice too.

Are the plates supposed to have transparency. They looks sort of....see-through. Also, if you made those textures, the plate ones could do with some additional...detail to the texture.

And one last thing. Tenticles would look more realistic if they had more polys. Like more rounder, not as jig-jaggy.

I think it has alot of potential and you dont seem to give up on this model he :). Its almost there I think, keep up the good work.

- More polys on tentacles

- I don't know what BlueSpawn is talking about.....

Yes, it suppose to look like 5% visible on seeing through it. ( You should have seen all the undo's i had to make - funny) The tubes on the sides are suppose to be a harvesting holder or "Cylinder Cell" where it keeps his/her/it prey's harvest in. (Tubes suppose to glow)

To add-on to the "See through Armored Plates" - there are a heavy armored glass that it's thick enough to take on against a Heavy Mortar Cannon. It might 'crack' it but not fully, though, when destroyed it shatters completely due to it's massive sonic wave explosion. - of course thats RP wise.

Bluespawn - he means its just to symetrical. For example, move the tentacles around randomly to give it that "random" feel, just that asymetrical feel...

Checked then - I'll see what I can do:P

Edit: So here is what I have done - i removed to parts of the tentacles and added a "slithery" pair:P

Looks amazing. It needs to be a bit more curvier. It seems a bit blocky. Add some shield panels, a few glossy surfaces, and lose the satellite dishes.

Glossy Surfaces and shields panels is going to be made tomorrow - im tired of texturizing. Give me couple hours to recharge. Though, the satellite stays as it is - no removal. I like them there. Furthermore, I'm going to try and make it a bit rounder;)


EDIT: I'm planning to make the "brain chamber" - located behind the head - transparent as to show a "memory component" with a circulating light around it - what you think?.
