I think the problem was with NPC interaction with BS mode turned on. Though I could be seriously wrong, aswell. I was not there when the tests were conducted.
How dose this affect the NPC and what was the resault of the tests i must ask?

Mr Sns, the test results from Igiss are not for our consumption, otherwise I'm sure he would have seen fit to
inform us. Suffice to say, if there is an effect on the NPCs, its not a good one.
Hence the fact that the mod has been outlawed. Shame, all the same ... But the mass problem has been one
that has eluded everyone's fixing ideas so far.
Back to the bouncy castle then ...

It has been mentioned that the balance issue may have to do with NPC behavior being affected by the BS setting.
If that's the case, would someone who knows about the problem be able to retest it with the setting changed please?
Suggested setting would be:
ANOM_LIMITS_MAX_ANGULAR_VELOCITY_PER_PSI = 0.030
This setting should allow all ships to turn at normal rate(hopefully fixing problem with NPCs) but should help to reduce some of the issues in larger ships.
Does anyone have any idea what should be tested?
I've been trying on/off settings with a few numbers in offline testing but without knowing what to look for it's a little difficult.
Well for one, when the server has that setting set to one mode, the player has it set to another number, and the player he hits has it set to yet a different one, you get different numbers all over the place. The server is wondering why its acting the way it is, and the players connections start acting crazy.
I'm not stating what the problem was, but stating what problem this COULD HAVE made. It could be I'm correct, though I don't think this is it. But these types of things can make those kinds of problems. Hud color wouldn't, since a server doesn't affect the hud's color, simply what is shown there. That is not server-side at all, and solely client-side.
The hud colors were banned because they might have been causing server crashes, game instability, and CTDs. I know the same ones that worked for Nightfall made me reinstall FL because it screwed up my files.
