Just file a quick SRP request, and say that you've had them since before the update. Maybe write a little story about why you cant just have the zoners supply you or something.

**** happens, happened to 100s of players may be an acceptable acknowledgement if this was a f.in huge game community with dev team not being present within the community itself like those AAA titles.
However, it is not, therefore, the grand intelligent replies regarding ****s and how frequently they are happing to people with exact (or close) frequency statements are rather dull / pointless / not improving the overall quality.
Yeah, yeah, some of us have more time than others to write around or trade around or so but it is unacceptable to have, at least uncomfortable, these kinda "bam, bye bye" happenings in a close community like this.
ID change is also... interesting. I feel as it is like playing Sim City.
"- Alright, lets change that ID today..."
"- Why?"
"- Ermm... "
And guess what? Unlike some of the community wants to believe or thrives to show it so that certain behaviours of others appear as "general statement", it should be applied or corrected or at least stated/given a notice before any and all who will get affected from such things. So, sorry, it is not a seldomly "Order" related statement, any community supporting player would try to develop the ideas overall. Therefore, I, as the faction leader of Order, supporting your cause if you are also suffering from an ID change.
I admit, replying to a thread, giving frequency numbers regarding ****s would be easier, but considering the overall negativity of the community to any other faction/player/indie/admin vs then oneself, it started to sound too cheap.
Apologies for going a bit harsh, sometimes it is necessary to state something.
EDIT: The harsh tone was NOT about the change of ID but was about to attitude of people.
<strike>Well if you don't get a refund I'll buy one for 70mil, 80mil if the rep isn't messed up to convert it to an IMG ship.</strike> Used the funds for something else.
Someone on the development team noticed your order traders and decided to have some fun.
I have never, ever in two years seen a Order trading vessel, with this exception of course.
