but the surprise this year could have been Bosnia and Herzegovina, but they didnt make it

I'll be supporting England, but I think Spain will win it. They finally won a major competition at Euro 08. I can see them repeating that form at the World Cup.

If England does not self-destruct the same way they have been doing since 1966 and keep delivering the results they are a serious contender. But I wouldn't be too worried. If the players can keep themselves semi-focused the WAGs, press and other hype will see to it that England fails spectacularly. It's just that, for once they seem to be a real strong side, they somehow manage to shoot themselves in the leg.

It almost feels like the press want the team to fail, since it's much more better press to have the old blame-game going on than the team actually winning consistently.

So my vote went for Spain. I really hope they win it. At the moment they play entertaining football.

I picked Spain. Watched most of the play off games as well as the group stages, also following the leagues. So far, this season Spain is generally elevated in means of team play. Something they missed for years.

Their players like Torres, Iniesta, Xavi, Ramos, Puyol, Villa are all in great condition, if they keep it up till Summer time like this, I guess they are one of the top picks for the title.
