That is what I'm fighting for right now.
Multiple interpretations of what RP is causes all this.
I said that because you don't see rogues pirating outside liberty space. That is because Rogues are a liberty criminal group, they operate only there. That is why i think that a Rogue IDed player should not operate outside the NPC are of influence.

I give up - better to just take on the NPCs. Too much emotion going against real people here. Everybody's got their own interpretation of RP. If I go strictly by what the reputation list under F8 (see screens below for my Blood Dragon) says for my characters, I'm wrong. I'm not going to argue this point anymore - its frustrating.
Here's a suggestion for all my pirate fellows - trade in your pirate faction ID for a generid pirate ID. You'll be less likely to be called for bad RP.
Also, please note that a Blood Dragon ID grants you the right to Trade. But that really doesn't matter since its something nobody really expects of a Blood Dragon.
i get pirate in Kusaris by a rogues, and that rogue's name is Didanetliyvedi
..so.....what am i going to say....
@ Lancer: Dead issue - my factions specific pirate characters are no longer pirating outside their specific houses. My Rogues will pirate in Liberty and non-house systems (such as Kepler, Galileo, Magellan, Cortez, etc), my Blood Dragon in Kusari and nearby systems (ie: Sigmas, Taus and nearby Omicrons). For my Outcast, I'll have to check since you can find them in many of the house systems as well as the outer rim systems.
But beware traders... This ruling has given me reason to create a pirate for each house. If I can't take my Rogue to the Rheinlands, I'll fly my Hessian (yet to be built). Also, please note that while I cannot pirate outside my systems, I may fly through them now and again. For example, I might be bringin some NPC Bounty Hunters for the Mollys to torture in Dublin or snatch a few Nomad Brains from the Omicrons to bring back to Kepler. Pirate ID's grant me the right to trade in the illegal stuff ya know. As such, I'm sure I'll run across the various house militaries chasin me. Non the less, I'll not be piratin outside my faction's normal pirate routes.
I'm also tempted to make me a Generic Pirate or two.
Also @ Lancer: Do not contact me in game outside RP. All of my characters are pirates and any future characters I create will most likely be pirates. If you are a pirate, feel free to shoot the breeze. But if you are flyin your Bs| characters (Order) and I'm in a character that is enemy of the Order, best to just not contact me. You have something to talk to me about in game, switch to a friendlier character and we'll chit chat.

i said last time......so.......it was passed.....so......whatever......i am not going to being mean......
Okay, with all of this pirating in only applicable space thing...got a question. I skimmed through most of the thread but I didn't see it answered.
If we're only allowed to pirate in applicable space...what, would you say, an Outcast is able to pirate in? I mean, they have a ton of allies, and they're scattered all around the universe. More densely around Omicron Alpha, yes, but yeah.
Its not just a case of being allowed to pirate in applicable space is it ? You can easily work out where the
Outcast NPCs get seen, and thats a big chunk of space.
Though pirating where just your allies, and not the just the Outcasts are, is a different question. Even your
buddies might get a little pissed if you were stealing their potential targets ... If you wish to pirate allied
space as well, how about waiting to be invited by one of them. I'm sure the Outcasts wouldn't take to kindly
to The Hackers, Mollies, Rogues etc. walking all over Alpha without a pass.

Please say your opinion
First things first, I wont denei that we sometimes leave the Kusari space (I am only talking aboud the NovaPG's)
But wen you are in Kusari or someone else that is in Kusari and we bumped in to a trader or wat so ever in Kusari space, Of course you get pirated or terrorised
And if they jumped into Rheinland space FROM Kusari space, Of course we stil after them until we get payed or destroyed them ( That what called Persuit )
But if you are already outside Kusari space, We do not.. I repead DO NOT go outside Kusari just to fly to you to destroy or terrorise you or any trader .
Also sounds like that someones lifes depending on it (Geez get an grip and stop japing its just an game on an very good RP server ever, And we dont want to spoil it and for other players)

No - we cannot pirate outside our faction's normal systems.
And House Police, House Militaries, etc, are not permitted to police outside their jurisdiction. And I don't want to hear Liberty Navy, etc providing aide to Rheinland Military to catch a criminal. If a Rogue can't aide a Molly in Bretonia, Liberty Navy cannot aide Rheinland Military - maintains the balance. No - I'm not saying this has occurred. Just want to point this out before it happens. Especially since I noted a KNF ship flyin around Rheinland and the Omegas last night.

Ahem.. that would have been the ~Shikikan~, which is being decommissioned (name change pending), and is being sold to one Sophie Noir, Free Fnordette, of the Temporary Autonomous Zoners.
The same vessel was seen near Cambridge Research Institute today; but after a brief explanation to the SFBS Sierra, was allowed to leave Bretonian space with the able escort of the SFB Kiggles and SFB Thames.
May Ship's Registry get back from vacation soon.. I've four vessels currently in limbo awaiting new paperwork and names.
Moral of the story: If you see any KNF ships outside of Kusari space, they are either patrolling the Taus, eluding the SF on deuterium runs, or on brief shopping sprees for readily available shield and armor upgrades. The ~Shikikan~ sightings were the rare exception.
