If it's not too much for you I would like to know what are the -EXACT- events that caused this. I will wait a PM from the Admins.
Edit: And about what Agmen said in system chat... jerk!
Edit2: This sanction is directed to my =CR= chars so I am allowed to post here.

I'm also technically in the CR, and regardless, this affects me, as I spend a good portion of my time in T-23. Now, I know that usually we get away with this, since most people that get sanctioned are lolwuts, but with an entire faction missing, what could we possibly say IRP about this? Also, everyone in T23 on the IMG side of things is getting f***ed over by this. We're now going to be subject to constant Outcast raids, and no explanation as to why, other than "the Colonials all killed themselves" or something like that. This directly affects server gameplay, and the RP of many people. And when enforcing the rules has a negative impact on current roleplay, then it's gone too far. My two cents.
Since I am concerned by this as I am one of their active enemies (OC) I just have to say to you all that are worried, pissed or mad, that no matter what I am sure there will be a fair outcome to this.
CR as a group will probably get a fair treatment for their members mistakes, that is what will happen.
As member of =CR= high command, I am MUCH curious what exactly caused this and as Mao who is too member of high command, I am eagerly awaiting so many PMs with screens on all that misconduct which happened.
I just hope this "justice" you imply to us is fair to others as well, since ive seen it, and it is not.
ALl outta sudden jailing us all. Good on your part. Next time maybe delete us and announce it week later right?
EDit - I just saw a screenshot. Agmen I always thought the best about you. Not anymore. Not a way admin should behave in my opinion. BUt oh, I guess we get treated like lolwuts now. Hope the clicque is happy
I am part of the IMG| group (As IMG|Carsten.Miller[M] and IMG|Erynel[D]), and was present for some of the issues leading up to this. I would like to offer a more or less neutralish perspective on what occurred. I am impacted in the sense that I was present for most of the battles leading to this, and some of these CR and IMG folks are direct allies and friends.
This whole mess started about two to three days ago MNS and other outcast gunboats had been frequently raiding Tau 37 and Tau 23. To top it off, Gallic pirates and naval characters started harassing people in Orkney and T23 disrupting most mining. CR, lead by Panzer, wanted to do something about that.
What ensued were a series of escalating scrimmages, with usually many CR fighters and bombers massing, groups of eight or so, converging on inferior numbers of unlawfuls. I remember MNS-Rosario dying a few times due to massed bombers.
The critical flaw (at least in my opinion) came two days ago when Panzer led the CR, along with a few IMG, into Alpha, to pursue a couple of attacking gunboats back to their home base. I went too, unsure about the whole thing. In the ensuing fight my spacial lasted but a few seconds. Why was this a flaw? Until that time, we had seen no real escalation. A pirate gunboat here and there, and one Outcast dreadnaught as far as I'm aware of had been poking around. But with an attack on Malta itself you're basically -asking- to get slaughtered by every Outcast ship in existance.
The next day saw an escalation. A -massive- OC capital fleet in Tau 37. I wasn't around for that fight until it had come to somewhat of a stalemate at the T23-T37 jumpgate, with friendly carriers massing near Java, with intent to shoot anything as soon as it came through the hole. I'm assuming the outcast got wind of this since they left back for Malta soon thereafter. IMG resumed mining operations. CR went on a patrol.
Then this day (last evening for me). I'm not exactly sure where to begin. I launch with my miner with the intent to do some quiet mining. To see a fleet massed -again- and two OC fighters engaged by some CR. At that point there was one ICMC carrier present, who was not engaging. I felt trouble brewing so stuck close to the base. Only when additional hostiles arrived did I try to assist a little, although with a hege it was pointless. (I did not want to switch since that could have been a reengagement)
Not much later, 2 or 3 (I lost count) OC capital ships arrived and the whole thing turned into a mess. That fight was mostly OORP, with in system and skype going "screw the rules, we're done with this s##t". On top of that, suddenly LaBrise popped in with 4 ships and started to actively assist the outcast forces, making both IMG and CR suspect some kind of alliance going on between LaBrise and Outcast. At that point I was attacked as well (about a second after one LaBrise demanded my cargo), and without the staying power, I docked and stayed out of the fight.
In the middle of that one of our IMG traders in a transport, Zed, was attacked by a Zoner capital ship "Leorene". I understand later that this was some kind of SRP action but, with tempers already flaring, it was just one thing after another. Flamefest ensued. CR Dutch lost it and started cussing in system. I know Panzer reengaged at least once, probably more people who did that.
But CR aren't the only to blame in this. What are MNS capitals doing around Tau 23 to begin with? What's up with an alliance between LaBrise and Outcast? As far as I am aware those guys should be enemies? And what was with that SRP carrier attacking and destroying a transport -while docking-? These are issues that should be adressed too, albeit seperately from this.
As for me. Until this thing blows over the Carsten is going to give the Tau region a wide berth. During a lull in the fighting I hightailed it out and am now in and around Penny helping some new folk out with the basics of mining. If the CR vanishes, I would advise letting IMG regain those assets, and give the IMG people a strict instruction that their defenders DO NOT cross the Alpha jumphole under any circumstances (this can be done through IMG's leadership, who are already leaning towards this. Miners defend, they're not warmongers). At the same time, I'd advise requesting the OC to not show up with two or so dreadnaughts night after night. That gets annoying, and borders grieving.
I did not make any screenshots but should still have the chat logs saved through Discovery Launchpad. If those are needed for reviewing, please send me a PM where to send them.

First off, we (the admin team) are discussing this with Swift, and should have this resolved fairly quickly, we hope. There's a lot to go over, and a lot to discuss.
Second, if you recall (and search is your friend) there was a very nice posting not too long ago from us warning everyone that was operating out in Tau-23 to straighten up and fly right. Just because that warning occurred 5 months ago does not mean that we have not continued to keep an eye on things since then - far from it. The action yesterday was the culmination of results and earned by the players involved.
Now, of course, we have the fun of sorting out the wheat from the chaff. Due to the sheer number of shared ships, and with the access to them of many players, that's why everyone was jailed until we can figure out can fly what, and who SHOULD be flying what. Swift is cooperating with this, as I said.
Lastly, I'm sorry I was a bit short with some of you yesterday. Please recall that I, too, am human and not Vulcan, so I can get emotional, especially when I'm getting PM's and skypes about things. Nearly all of the time I don't stress out about it - yesterday I did, because to be perfectly honest our actions should not have been needed. 5 sanction reports regarding one faction in less than 6 hours from multiple long-time experienced players regarding rule issues are a bit much. That was the cherry on top of the icing.

The (so far) short summary is that the trial members who screwed up will be kicked out and probably not allowed to submit applications again, two of our full members will be kicked, another will be either demoted or fined monetarily, and our system of shared ships for trial members dismissed in favor of all trial members buying their own stuff on their own accounts.
Also, if we find out about any other misbehavings, we'll deal with them properly. If it's a first offense, there will be just a warning, fine or demotion depending on what was done.
If it was a heavy violation a kick is possible.
And I just wanna clarify a few things.
This was not that big of an incident. It was a big incident, but it was blown out of proportion somewhat. Now I don't blame the admins as it was a large situation and they thought that Panzer was the leader.
You can see how awkward it is to have the leader of a faction be the main perpetrator.
This will be settled soon, I hope, to everyone's satisfaction.
Now, a few people in my faction are a bit paranoid about some stuff. Panzer thought and thinks everyone's out to get him and he's wrong.
However, it is very interesting that it's always just a few particular individuals who run into trouble with us and the rest of the server mostly seems to be fine. I wonder.
Now, the fact that there are some out there who've got a personal grudge against us and find pleasure in trolling our more anger-prone members is a sad one, but it's not anything that excuses the way some people lose it and act very, very poorly.
However, those who go after us deliberately can expect - us not doing the same. But from now on I'll also try to take my faction's side a bit more.
So far, I've been a great critic of my faction just because I like it and want the best for it. However, in the process some people got the idea that there was a lot of things wrong with it, while there is not.
The Colonial Remnant is filled with great people, has a great history and quite a great stash of RP both on these forums and its own which count some 15 thousand posts and a lot of organized RP endeavors.
Do not be fooled by the fact that I have criticized and will continue to criticize our mistakes and shortcomings. But be sure that I'll do my best not to allow those who would prey on our mistakes and my own softness towards relations with the community in order to get us into trouble for their amusement.
I think that's all for now.
Anyone who has any sort of questions is free to ask them of course. Any remarks are welcome as well.
Just count on the fact that your posts are a valuable representation of your character.

Shared ships = not true. But Swift can tell you that.
And why is only us getting pwnt? It is because we dont spend our life making screens of misconduct of other players since we have understanding that we do not aim only to ruin peoples fun.
