Hmm, I've never seen the Queen myself, only her subordinates in ambassador roles in other Houses.

In my mind the Bretonian Government would have the Prime Minister doing all the public speeches and duties of the nation, and the Queen is more of a symbol of the nation. Kind of like modern UK, its a constitutional Monarchy.

So, save the Queen's speech for 4.86 introduction. Let the speech be epic, let it be that we can all remember. Much like Churchill's speech in WWII when Britain was pushed back. And facing many enemies in a war.

For now, let the PM or equivalent role do the public work. As said above, the Queen is ill and 'busy'.

Symbols come out in public in times of great importance, this symbol should come out when the time to strike back at the invaders, or steel the nation for the troubles that lie ahead in the face of peril.

That's my thoughts on this matter.
