There's a difference in deliberately posing as someone and random coincidence. For instance I own the AGS-U|Banshee, but there's also Banshee and [TAZ]Banshee. Though neither of which is posing as one another, thus it's not a big deal. But in Dub's case someone really wants to make it look like he's him.
