Today I pirated a trader for his sanction notification( number 11 on the icon- FR5 one) someone around wanted to buy them( I don't remember who but if you read this PM me to get it) and the trader was empty so nothing else to take, then later some odd escort pilot refused to donate me his bots- I fast killed him after he refused and he claimed that I broke the rules- he came back to my pos qqting why he dies in still standing fighter vs GB for less then 5 sec and was oh my he already have 11 sanctions- true story...

Did you really need someone to answer that for you?
"Kill me" is an expression. The trader pilot and crew don't actually die, obviously. This is Freelancer--their 100% effective escape pods bring them back to their last base.
Who are you to tell me that my RP is bad? The above attitude is fully supported by the game mechanics.

Game mechanics =/= roleplay. And the pirate, in-roleplay, would tractor your escape pods and sell you into slavery on the black market.
Your RP is bad.
A way a lone a last a loved a long the riverrun, past Eve and Adam's, from swerve of shore to bend of bay,
brings us by a commodius vicus of recirculation back to Howth Castle and Environs.

Except that player pods can't be tractored, obviously.
Ignoring game mechanics for "roleplay" purposes is bad. If I was flying around in a starflier "roleplaying" that I was in a battleship, you'd say that it was bad roleplay, right?
Yeah, that's the exact same thing as saying that players die when their ship blows up.
Imposing your idea of what constitutes "good" or "bad" RP on others is bad.
My concern, is I think some people need to learn to differentiate between "oorp" and being a bag of doosh as a player.
As I've mentioned before, it's actually "OORP" for a pirate to limit their demands because they don't want to hurt anyone's feelings.
INRP, an actual pirate would take all of your cargo, all of your money, your ship, your crew, your family, your pot, and anything else they could get their hands on, then they would jettison you into space or sell you into slavery.
Now, that having been said, I am obviously against such behavior for obvious reasons (uhhh, its a game?), but I would just like people to start to recongnize the distinction.

Abusing game mechanics for "roleplay" is just as bad. You are not allowed to say "just kill me."

How is it abusing game mechanics? I'm just not selfish enough to ignore rather obvious aspects of the world we're playing in in order to tell traders that they need to pay me more.
Acknowledging game mechanics is far better than ignoring them.

Err, actually, yes they are. If they weren't we wouldn't see 18 of these threads every week.
I think it's dumb, but I've given up 40 million for roleplay reasons before, so whatever.
I simply don't care that much about money in this game, once you reach a certain point, what the hell are you going to do with it anyways? Buy another capship?
