Then I told you that both PC & NPC Gaians are both hostile

I wanted to know why they weren't on the bounty board ("My understanding of the rumors and inforcards is they are still hostile but I don't see them on the Bretonian bounty board so .... what's up?"). People replied with lots of comments, none of which answered the question of why there wasn't a blanket bounty.

Deb did answer it, however, by saying that Bret doesn't want to pay for it. Alrighty then, that's all I need to know. Thanks to Deb for the complete and accurate response.
