by running o74 they can create their own storage depot... Since sairs and order is close it is not unlikely that they can get alot of "big contracts" from planetside corporations. Thus, inRP they got something to gain from taking it over...

They do a better job at not being shot at. I think they could actually succeed where the Omicroners didn't.

Hey, at least I haven't offered to buy it (O-74) for the BHG|Core (yet) like I did the LAST time the Omicroners disbanded. What was it - they said they quit, found out we wanted to buy their system, and then decided that they hadn't quit after all - all in the span of about 6 hours?

Oh, and if it becomes available, yeah - we'd like to buy it... :)

Could some Admin clarify if this could actually happen or if it is just a bad taste joke? I mean... all those trips to Corinth... am I gonna see such ill fate for such a beautiful system?

The TAZ own a system. we'd be unlikely to approve them a second one. IF OSI don't want it ti'll go unused.

TAZ Own that system because Mal bought it with his own money Del.

O74 Needs to be in control by an Official Faction, and since we can't make anymore to take its place because of a retarded rule no one wants, it should go to a faction that best represents its full resources.

While it makes Whales, the TAZ also use Whales as well.

OSI however, does not, and has said many many times, that they will never use capital ships, or even gunboats. Stygian and Daedric have always been very clear on that.

Unless the Zoner cap line is completely removed, OSI will be at the head of a shipyard to produce things they do not use - and the idea that they would sell these ships to anyone with the credits is also abhorent, and I don't think they would - Zoner caps are already too prolific without Rp of them being sold like brand new cars.

TAZ Not only uses the entire zoner shipline, but have always had to fly to O74 and purchase their Corvo's and Fearless's, and Jink's\Nephilim's.

It's the most logical choice.

We have Cornucopia Manufacturing. We already (inRP) make Conferences, snubs and the entire Zoner weapon line. I think we could handle it just fine.

I'm not jumping the gun though. OSI will make its decision if/when the system becomes available.

@Dane: We do use gunboats. We have 2 in operation. The Orinoco and Sabana. You should know that:P
