Alright then...

Give official Military Factions the right to run houses.

[LN] did it for Liberty, with official factions around to make it look like they had a council. In reality, they just had them there for ideas and monney making while LN dictated what went on.

If it were to run this way, Kusari would be lawless, Gallia would be even more OP, Bretonia would control just New London and have Mollies and Gaians and Frogs taking up everything else, Rheinland will have battleships for stations as simply put; Rheinland doesn't do anything but make battleships, and finally Liberty would be run by retards.
