==================== Type: Infocard Bug: Melun Research Institution, Ill-de-France ====================
The infocard says;
Melun Research Facility is a top secret base operated by the Gallic Royal Intelligence, currently in orbit of the dwarf Planet Mennecy. Knowledge of the research conducted at Melun is highly classified, though it is suspected to involve experimental weapon technology. Access to the station is restricted to GRI personnel only.
But it is infact down a (Restricted) lane in the middle of no where. With a planet 22k away. Please fix this.
Graphics
HS271HPB (1920x1080@59Hz)
Generic Non-PnP Monitor (1920x1080@60Hz)
HS271HPB (1920x1080@59Hz) 3071MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti (ZOTAC International)
driver uptodate and reinstalled yesterday, from clean install of driver
vsync is on, should be a stable 60fps, but as you can see, that doesnt happen, sometimes it levels out to 60 but then goes back down
virus checker and malware scans uptodate and no problems found
game and OS are on SSD
Try using RTSS to force frame rate to run to 60 or 120FPS, is what i use to keep frame rate stable, cause if not it runs at +200FPS which is aganst rules.
I would also suggest to NOT update GPU drivers unless some new released game is running wrong, drivers could cause issues on old games.

Surely though, I shouldn't have to, everything was fine about 1.5 months ago
At this moment I'm playing 7 days to die, and getting 50+fps
Something has happened for disco in a month or so that has created these issues, not just for me but the others above
I don’t want to have to “force” something that should be happening naturally
I didn't had any issue with frame rate either until i upgraded to W10 due to new hardware, the game was running fine on 7 and 8.1. But since you're using 7, i guess something has changed in your machine or either the new patch messed something, try a new user, or a fresh new install, if not, RTSS should do the work and it's not a big mess to set up, the program is light and runs on background.
