Since my faction was mentioned in other thread and there's a guard faction I will reply and address some other points.

I will just be informative and will try to avoid value judgments. First of all, NC- got laws from the Crimson Cross and practically did not change anything. Crimson Cross took the laws from 101st and did not quite change anything. It's a legacy writing that is reflecting very old things from back when Discovery indeed had Guard systems and Guard factions. That's because well, we didn't care a lot to change them, to be honest. In fact, those remained just a pure RP document that was not quite enforced since like 2015.
Guard thing is being generally removed from the mod as a concept for years, many guard systems were simply deleted, some repurposed. Guard IFFs being used to cover things in other places, as there's a limited number of those. Outcasts back then got only Omicron 81 deleted, it had planet Soledad and Santa Verna as notable assets were moved to the other systems. 81 wasn't a guard system though. I remember really well the conversation with devs about Omicron 85/Phi as well. Then again it was mostly about respecting the legacy of 101st that kept the system in the mod. Same as Dii's 75th unique ship request light carrier that was placed as a stationary asset. Those are legacy things that you are trying to address to justify a sadly questionable play.
You also seem to address the Outcast civil war. Which was, as far as I know, permitted by the staff for 101st and CL as an exception. You cannot hop on ID and just start killing players with the same ID. There's a procedure where RP behind it is being valued by staff, usually the FR5 nowadays, but can be permitted through other means.
I've also noticed that you are starting to refer yourself as the Outcast Guard, which is well, strongly associated with 101st.
Why would you want to parody them I don't know. The problem is you seem to be getting the wrong idea of what 101st was. It wasn't about shooting Outcast indies in Phi. I talked with Shadow after my last post. I suggested to write the faction from the scratch, focus on one thing and apply again. But I feel like you keep capitalizing on those mistakes, now even claiming to build and design a new Outcast ship model with literal one paragraph comm on top of other things.
People trying to address your mistakes, trying to help. You seem to argue or agree to the feedback, but then just doing the same thing. In any event, I wish you good luck.
You can kill same ID as far strong inRP reasons exists.
Quote:Every char must have only one type of ID equipped and they must play to that ID. Ship and equipment infocards which specify their use on a specific ID or specific ship must only be used on that ID or ship. In all other cases where these restrictions and allowances conflict with the server rules, the ID overrides the rules except as described in 4.5 and 4.6.
Like, that "they must play to that ID." Probably means that your character should have strong reasons to kill other OC. But how much reasons he should have?
But afaik, while medusa could have do questionable stuff, no others OC knew about it inRP to have reasons for shoot.

Well, we opened fire first, but there was like very clear roleplay case - they harassed cardamine transports, and OC against cardamine that another bees against honey, so...
