Saracen Caliphate with Coalition ID is exact on point and more sensible.
A 4th Coalition faction is exactly what the server needs

Lmao, ikr. I'm fine with them originating from the Coalition tho, but I'm not sure myself in what other faction you could fit them in without using an independant ID such as Freelancer or Pirate ID.

One bit of trivial feedback though: Put a link to your info page in your feedback page.
Who hurt you Karst, you piece of shi*. Also for a middle-eastern descendant faction, Coalition actually makes more sense if you would've done your research instead of being a stupid hypocrite.
That's pretty rude. Karst is having a good point though.
I think this faction is ok but you might want to remove the religious iconography. Also, decide whether you want to RP arabs or turks. Jannisaries are turks but everything else about your faction description is arab af.
Replace terms like caliph/sultan/emir with king or lord, because caliph/sultan etc. carry religious connotations. Sultans/Caliphs/Emir's can only be Muslim by definition, but Kings/Lord's can be muslim/christian/hindu/whatever.
Secondly, is this a nationalist faction? What exactly is it? Based on your faction description you are essential corsairs or coalition who are ethnically arabs or something. So it's like, what's the point? I can just go RP a Canadian-Libertonian faction right now representing the canadian minority in Liberty or something. But in term's of gameplay mechanics, there's nothing about them that sets them apart from regular liberty faction regardless of whether they are lawful or corporate or unlawful factions.
I think this faction would be more interesting if you were an arab or middle eastern nationalist movement rebelling against the coalition. That would be more interesting. Otherwise your faction just reads as 'coalitions or corsairs who RP arabs' and that's basically it. It's like, why don't you just RP coalition or corsairs then, it just doesn't add much to the game. Being an ethnic/nationalist rebellion against coalition adds more complexity, you can create lore around how and why the arabs or middle easterner's rebelled within the coalition to form their own nationalist liberation movement. What factor's led to the rebelled, how did they fund or create thee rebellion, what sort of discrimination did they face? Were their spoken languages suppressed? Were they forcefully made to integrate or assimilate into the majority Russian/slavic dominated coalition?
Ultimately it's your faction but these are just my two cents. I think there is potential to improve this further. Hope my feedback helps!

I don't know why the entire server is afraid of using a generic ID for their faction. There's nothing wrong with it.

Its not about "exactly what the server needs".
Its about turning a good and lore wise more sensible thing into a joke.
And what the server exactly need ?
Answer: Big pillars of community should leave Salty and dictatorship behavior towards new folks. And stop restricting new folks if they are not breaking lore.
Contrary to what @Traxit said, Emir is the correct phrasing. Caliphate is a strictly religious term to refer to a nation body, so unless you're going completely thorough with it, don't use it.
