Everyone is a little subjective. True objectivity is a myth, though being able to set aside your own viewpoints for a moment to see things how others do is a good thing, too. I do believe our current Admin team tries their best to do that, and should they decide they need help, I'm sure they'll pick someone who will fit in with that.
