But the ID doesn't say they can pirate, so that means they can pirate (according to your incorrect view of how IDs work)!

That was why they asked the question about that. The Current ID are under test not all line are added. That why since there is no cannot fulfill bounty contract, If a stolen zoner ship is bountied I will destroy it.

What rule allows you to do anything not specifically forbidden by your ID?

Given that there are IDs which say (as I pointed out earlier) "Can fulfill bounty contracts", I would think it would be pretty obvious to anyone with half a brain that if the ID doesn't say that, you can't.

Also, it's not sufficient for someone to be bountied for you to kill them--you have to be registered for the bounty, and you have to actually go claim it afterwards (bounty board rules).

Not that you can hunt bounties with a Zoner ID anyway.

You shouldn't need an admin post to tell you what's blatantly obvious.

If an ID doesn't say you can pirate, you can't pirate.
If an ID doesn't say you can use cruisers, you can't use cruisers.
If an ID doesn't say you can hunt bounties, you can't hunt bounties.

See how that works?
