I'm not ignoring anything. We're not playing a vanilla FL server, we're playing Discovery. Discovery uses its own set of lore, which was based upon vanilla lore but is completely player-driven. You can't just say 'ERASE ALL THE LORE' because you don't like how selective it is.

This mods lore isnt player driven, its story based, if player rp deviates too much the admins slap people. And the story is based on vanilla. Therefore if lore contradicts vanilla, vanilla wins.

You're forgetting the current Nomads and Wild aren't the same as the ones from Vanilla. They're a totally different caste, totally different minds. The vanilla Nomads got sent somewhere else in the DK network, while the current K'Hara are evolved versions of the vanilla Nomads.
The Das Wilde, Aoi Iseijin and K'hara are player driven, with player written lore. As the Liberty/Bretonia Wild stuff is too.
They're as vanilla as the Phantoms, CR and Gallia.
' Wrote:The thing is the Bretonians were always the least infected, and least involved in the Nomad war, the nomads even had to use their Rhienland agents to track Trent on Leeds, so evidently they didnt have any Bretonian infected in that entire system. So I'm against a Bretonian Wilde faction, in favour of Liberty/Kusari/Rhienland.
So....you're saying we have to keep ourselves constrained to the vanilla lore forever? That's a foolish idea in my humble opinion, because we're capable of so much more.
Besides, we've moved so far past vanilla lore that I don't even think about it at this point.
Disco lore is disco lore. Vanilla was the foundation, but we're way, way, way beyond that dude.
Also, I respect your opinion about Bretonian wild, but I humbly disagree, otherwise, why is their a nomad base sitting in Bretonia?
I still think it's a worthy idea that, at the very least, can be explored further. If it turns out that everyone thinks it's wuttish, then I would NEVER do something I thought was a detriment to disco lore, or disco in general.

Ok, well your right, we dont have to do eactly what vanilla did all the time, but the point of the original Das Wilde, were that they were the guys left over infected from vanilla. Bretonians wernt infected much in vanilla, therefore any "Bretonian Wilde" would have to have been infected after vanilla, and since the return of the nomads and Wilde. Has there been any instance where that's happened on a large enough scale to create an entire faction?
