correct, but there really isn't an easy solution for which ID to use. this situation reminds me a lot of the QCP and their use of the pirate ID.
sometimes you have to make do with what you can.

if i understand correctly they would actually be BAF, the civil war would cause a split in the military with both believeing they are the rightful BAF.
Well, trying the basic pirate ID with a gunboat to establish the character could work.
My apologies for coming across as rude there, I would rather define Mon'Star as a murderous, psychopathic near-supervillain, not a terrorist... I always attach ideologies to terrorists, but not to murderers.
