We had a of couple incidents today.
The terrorist madman Mon'Star was spotted in New Berlin. He killed three Rheinland Police officers and wounded several others. Jack Archer, Aleksander Kanevsk, Airom Artnam, and myself proceeded to hunt him out before anyone else was hurt. Airom, although a mercenary, has proven to be loyal to peace-keeping in Rheinland, and today his help was invaluable.
We paired up two by two, similar to last time Mon'Star attacked as was ordered by Admiral Hitraud. Through a series of pincer moves and choke points we were able to get him stopped a few times, however he always barely slipped out of range. I don't know how to explain it. He just somehow knew our every move before we even made it. He fled to Dresden with Lt. Archer and Artnam on his tail but misteriously vanished off their scopes. Lt. Kanevsk and I stayed in New Berlin in case he doubled back again, which he is notorious for. However, there was no sign of him. His attacks are proving to be random and devastating.
On a related note, I've noticed many of the men have removed their cruise distruptors and opted for more powerful weaponry. This works well for capital ship engagements, but nearly no one has any cruise distruptors. Without Airom's CD's we would have never had a glimmer of a chance to catch up with Mon'Star. We need a balance. I suggest every pilot to consider purchasing an interceptor-configured craft; possibly a Phantom Light Fighter equipped with cruise disruptors. What good does it do to simply chase enemies out of the system, who merely wanted to get through anyways? I hope I am not over-stepping my bounds as Lieutenant by requesting such a radical allocation of funds, but something needs to be done. This is merely my suggestion.
Later, while returning to New Berlin from an escort mission to Hamburg, I noticed a member of the 901st Hessian group had entered New Berlin.
I had one incident yesterday. I was patrolling near the Sigma 13 jump hole trying to thin out the Wilde in the area when I cam across Walligig. I disengaged from the Wilde long enough to transmit coordinates to the Aurora and waited for backup. We along with Airom Artnam destroyed his ship as well as a number of Wilde and Hessian patrols in that area. We suffered no losses and only minor damage in the engagement.
Yes, I would recommend that several wings equip Train CDs. I will personally finance this if nessicary. PM me if you need to know where Train CDs are sold.
Mon'star managed to run to a Red Hessian base in Dresden, where he went underground. We left the area shortly after we lost track of him.

This evening as I launshed from Strausberg, Dr_Cutt said over open channel that he was running drugs. He and Smokey[F] had a conversation where Smokey was encouraging him in his drug running. I began looking for them, but Dr_Cutt made it out of the system before I could catch him. I and Axel_Topf however found Smokey[F] and ordered him to halt for a scan. We scanned him and even though he was clean, he had an invalid ID (had a freelancer ID). When we told him he needed a new ID, he ran. He ignored all communication and finally ran to Sigma 13. Axel and I pursued him to Naha where he docked. Later as I launched from Strausberg again, I saw Dr_Cutt. I ordered him to stop, but he continued on. When I caught up to him on the other side of the jump gate he did halt and was clean but he also did not have a valid ID. When I asked him about his earlier comment, he said he didn't run drugs, but was bored. I was unsure what to do so I escorted him from Rheinland space. I would appreciate feedback if I have erred in either of these situations.

Lieutenant, as you are new to the military I shall let you off with a little warning. Sigma 13 is out of our jurisdiction and we try to refrain from entering due to the GMG.
Continue to stick within Rheinland space at next. If your target leaves Rheinland, (s)he is no longer our problem.

After a relatively long struggle, sent him to meet his maker, about 1:05
An additional note, the Nova Cannon is an invaluable asset to my Wrath. Delivers a punishing blow to a target whose shields are down, though obviously difficult to line up the shot. Likely the main reason he ran out of bots and bats before I did.
He is a persistent pirate, but being in Rheinland space as often as he is indicates he lives in the grey area between "brave" and "stupid".
Diplomacy: Neutral. You and Yours not our concern. In addition, your stated desires will continue to be followed under this administration for we have no claim, desire, or concern for Rheinland.
