Riverside was lacking in support and the Vermont had been in high orbit of Planet Mojave when we spotted an A.I Cruiser. We stopped the toaster and informed them that their presence is not welcome in Liberty and we had the right to terminate them if we so wished. We advised the vessel to leave Liberty and I could hear the oil and gears clanking and the Vermont locked all guns on the vessel. It decided to comply and left Liberty with no physical force needed.

Ugh. It seems I have been getting behind on my paper work. With all this madness with the Insurgency I have been struggling to keep on top of it. Well here goes nothing.

Operations 29-05-827

While patrolling Texas for insurgents I was commed to assist with the apprehension of a freighter carrying classified intelligence data. I assisted LSF=Shuttle.Delta in disabling Richi.Seprono. The vessel was disabled, pilot apprehended and the data retrieved.

Shortly after jumoing to Texas I was greeted by a Xeno terrorist. XA-Phantom 67. I have dealt with this terrorist before. Last time I left him drifting helplessly in space. It seemed he came to even the score. After a while it seemed the Xeno had the upper-hand and succeeded in disabling me. Thankfully Lt.Cmdr Hopkins came when he did to tow my Guardian back to Concord.

The disabling of my ship put an end to my operations for the day.

Operations 31-05-827

While patrolling Texas for insurgents I was commed to assist with apprehending a Coalition ship in the Virginia system. The vessel was ID'ed as "Blinker". I pursued it into Texas where I then caught him and disabled his engines. The pilot claimed to have been kicked out of the coalition military. He claimed to still be using the Coalition ID as he needed its access codes to escape through Coalition Jump Gates. The pilot claimed to want to defect. I escorted the vessel to a nearby neutral base, as Liberty bases were hostile to him and assisted the pilot with reprogramming his IFF and the issuing of a Freelancer license.

And that is pretty much it. Uneventful day. Im honestly greatful to say the least with all these insurgents.

Operations 01-06-827

Well the month started off with a bang. There as a massive offensive launched on Houston by the Insurgents today. So much so that the call was given to fall back. After a brief engagement command on board the 5TH|LNS-Odyssey and LNS-Mount.Hood gave the call to fall back. By the time we rallied our forces though the insurgents had left. I continued S&R operations for quite some time afterward helping to collect escape pods from destroyed or disabled ships.

It seems that massive push was some sort of counter offensive to try push Concord away from Bering as not long after that the Concord group pushed into Bering. Intelligence reports came through about another counter offensive aimed at California. So on HC's command I moved through to California.

Operations 02-06-827

I decided that I should branch out a bit in terms of ship ratings. I put in a requisition request for a Liberator LF and decided to take it for a spin around California. Just my luck as well as I happened on a large group of LR attempting to extort a transport. With only 1 of me and many of them I gave it my best shot and disabled one of their ships. I actually think he attempted to kill me by overloading his core. Regardless I am claiming the destruction of [R]-Adrenaline.Rush as a kill, making it my 10th kill. However due to the damage suffered to my ship, the sheer number of rogues, a close proximity mine detonation disabled the Liberator.

After getting towed back to Riverside I loaned a civillian Falcon while the Liberator was repaired. We recieved comms from Admiral Ayato that we were to rendezvoux in California due to high levels of Reaver activity. I hate Reavers but I hate fighting them more. They are ace pilots that honestly have pulled apart more navy pilots by themselves than some wars have. But orders are orders. So Lt.Lambert and myself headed out to California. We engaged the Reavers north of the Whitney Ice Field. Things got heated fast as Hellfire and Seperatist vessels started to arrive. It was soon clear that we were outnumbered and outgunned. But we fought regardless. The Reavers lived up to their expectations once again and the LNS-Nevada had to come rescue our powerless and disabled ships.

I thought I had seen it all but it seems not. The Vermont effectively engaged a Nomad Marduk in California near the New York Jump Gate. The Nomads was aided by LG|S-Buenos.Aires a Core Bullhead. Video evidence proves this. I recommend we speak to the Core and ask them why they are funding our enemies.

The Vermont sustained moderate damage and we were able to make it to Norfolk under escort. The Outcast Bullhead was later taken down not long after.

That old Osiris that is roaming around got into a bit of a tussle with some rogues and an outcast. The Destroyer was quick work for the Vermont after out maneuvering it. OCI agent in New York

When coming back from my patrol in Texas and Virginia, I came across an OCI agent stationned near Fort Bush. I immediately told him to stop, and the agent seemed to comply.
According to him, he was there for a race in Liberty organized by Orbital Spa and Cruises, and to 'help us with the Rogue issue'. He also claimed being a double agent aiming to destroy the OCI from the inside, which turned out to be wrong.
The Elizabeth asked to LPI Chief Jean Holiday on how to proceed, and was ordered to escort the agent out of Liberty space. On our way from Planet Manhattan to West Point Academy, the OCI agent dropped a mine and disrupted the trade lane, and tried to escape.
Officer 'Nekhbet' didn't let the agent get away, and destroyed the ship of the gallic.
This rises questions: why would Gallia send agents in Liberty while they are at war with Kusari, and why didn't we know about the OS&C race before.
Anyway, I'm no one to ask those questions, which are merely observations.

Greetings Command,

I wish to inform you of events which took place on 7-21-827 within the New York system at the California jump gate. I was on a patrol of liberty space as per standing orders when I encountered an LIA identified vessel. It signalled that it was entering formation and well, with the issues I had encountered recently I was happy for the additional firepower. In the space of one tradelane (from West Point to the Cali Jumpgate) we encountered Lilac. A skilled Freelancer who appears to be contracted by one of our enemies given the tendency to attack our vessels.

I immediately entered communication with the known hostile at which point the LIA craft which had been on my wing re-activated the trade lane and left me to deal with the hostile myself with a comment of 'not in the mood'. Which of course brightened my day considerably. Due in part at my surprise to the rather... sudden departure of an allied craft and being left to engage this skilled freelancer solo my craft was badly damaged and I was forced to eject. It appears that West Point was not notified of the engagement so I was left in space until a passing patrol picked up the pod.

I would suggest that command discusses with the Agent's superiors the status of their standing orders regarding engagements so that we can establish if this was a one off event or is their current ROE.

This brings me onto the second part of my report. Unfortunately due to my ejection being a little late I have sustained some minor injuries. Mostly a blow to the head and a few minor wounds which were healed relatively quickly by the docs. The docs at Richmond have removed me from flight ops for a couple of days (from the date of the engagement) so that they can monitor this head injury and ensure that it doesn't get any worse. I will however not be spending this downtime idle and will be spending time in the simulator to try and ensure that its not me leaving in a pod next time.

I Would finally like to add my apologies for the tardiness of this report. Due to my injuries and in all honesty a need to clear my head before I would use a few choice words, I thought it best to hold on filing this until I had cooled down a little.

Greetings Command,

This is a standard report in relation to this morning's patrol. I patrolled the California, New York and Texas system without engagement. During the California leg I was hailed by a USI Transport [*USI*]Glendale who requested escort to the Texas system due to some pirate activity they had encountered. I agreed to protect the craft during this leg of its journey and we set off via the tradelanes towards the Planet Houston. Upon arriving at our destination the commander of the vessel attempted to pay me for my time, which I had previously refused as the government pay me to protect Liberty citizens. Nevertheless I recieved a transfer of 1.5 million credits via neural net.

At this point the Transport's escort (and perhaps supervisor) Jesse Ryder arrived near Planet Houston. After a brief conversation I returned the credits that had been transferred to me via neural net to Ryder. All in all it was a pleasant patrol with no hostile activity. It did feel like a return to a less... agressive time than it has been for the past few weeks. Within my report I attach guncam footage and communications logs which will show that I both recieved and returned credits to USI incase this information is required by the accounting office.
