SUBJECT: The destruction of DSE|- bases Old Trafford and Planet Leeds S&R
Return of DSE|- assets
There have been no threats made, vague or otherwise Mr. Ward. If you feel uncomfortable from a direct line of questioning then perhaps it is because the truth is being fudged on this matter. The only threat noted is by your own hand.
The destruction was illegal. You disagree, but you tender no proof, Mr Ward. Where is your evidence? Trying to fob this serious incident off by simply stating it was legally done is poor form. It certainly does not match our information. We have ample evidence to disprove your stance on the matter.
I am informed by reliable sources within our Majesty's government that, at the maximum, only one or two people made the decision to bomb the hell out of our assets! That is not how I understand our Majesty's affairs of state are handled. Do you challenge this point Mr. Ward?
We also continue to wait for a response on this matter.

SUBJECT: The destruction of DSE|- bases Old Trafford and Planet Leeds S&R
Return of DSE|= assets
We are still waiting for a response, Mr Ward on this matter. I have included Lord Steiner into this comms as he clearly sees something very amiss with BAF actions currently.
I think it would be beneficial to Bretonian citizens to know why the BAF, a military branch of the Bretonian Government, which must distance itself from civil affairs, is handling Privately Owned Bases when it is clearly a civilian affair? Why also has the BAF usurped the legal committee that was formed to handle Base registrations? The War Cabinet was dissolved and the "Committee for Modular Installations" was put in place. There has been no change in that from an official stand-point and yet BAF are now ruling Bretonia like it was a war-whoring communist state.
It has also come to our attention strong "talk" that it is the BAF's stated goal to attack and destroy any and all Privately Owned Bases in Bretonia in the belief that just a few of the 25 or so POB's registered in Bretonia are needed. Granted this is unsubstantiated at this stage but my sources tend to be very reliable.
We are still waiting for proof from you to substantiate the wanton destruction of our assets. What is clearly evident is that the BAF is baulking at what is a reasonable request.
The standing document has been overhauled in light of a pending rework of the Charter of Interstellar Law. In addition, base construction is suspended until further notice.
Base registration applications have resumed as per the latest changes to the Charter of Interstellar Law. We once again apologize for any inconvenienced caused.

Guten Tag meine Damen und Herren.
Sirius Entsorgung, has finally purchased Brighton Business Concourse from the investors of Deep Space Engineering.
Since this Station is locaded near our Station Belvedere Refinery, we dosent want to stay as Investor!
We already gave the Crew the chance with a new working paper for Sirius Entsorgung, good workers are nowdays rare!
So we want to run the Station under the Flag of us, to use the huge Storage amount for giving nearby Miners the chance to get a good payment nearby,
also to store and transfer Scrap and Toxic waste to our bigger Hauling ships.
Our Forschungsabteilung will be splittet and also moved to Brighton, to have a closer look on Bretonias Cleaning missions.

To: Bretonian Base Registration
From: Charles Cavendish, Royal Star Lines
Dear Nathaniel Ward of the Base Registration service of Bretonia,
On behalf of the Royal Star Lines corporation we would like to again petition for the reconstruction of our base within Bretonia space. Previously (page one and two) the Royal Star Liner corporation was granted full rights for a spaceport base in the Cambridge system. Our company was granted permission and we had paid the 300 million credit fee. We would like to ask for permission to rebuild our base of operations, but to relocate the site at F4 near Canterbury station in the New London system. Please inform me if we need to pay an additional 30 million as stated, or we will forego this as we have already paid 300 million credits previously. Please do inform me if there are any further restrictions we need to be made aware of that aren't explicitly stated in the regulations stated previously.
As we are a passenger liner company, we would like to construct HEATHROW at this location for the explicit purposes of the purchase and selling of passengers, of all variants. The site will grant access to all police and military agencies as well as RSL| and OS&C tags initially, any other liner company or individual in possession of a liner will also be able to petition for access.
Sincerely,
Charles Cavendish

Mr Cavendish: Thank you for your enquiry. You application has been reviewed, but at this stage we have chosen to deny your application.
Your original application for a modular installation was over 10 years ago. This, combined with the change of location, is deemed sufficient to warrant the requirement for a new application. Please familiarise yourself with current base zoning regulations, namely:
Installation Licensing Fee for Zone 1 (New London and Cambridge) - 550 million credits
Bases must be no closer than 10K from any existing Base or Jump Gate, unless Special Permission is granted.
We believe the proposed location would place you in breach of the zoning law (see: Base Operational Regulations, Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law)
These regulations are detailed in full in the Bretonian Charter of Interstellar Law. We await your further application.
